Fortune Select Candolim , Member ITC Hotels' Group

I recently stayed at this new property, which impressed me with its cleanliness and neatness. However, as expected with a new establishment, there were some teething problems. Hopefully, these will be ironed out soon. While the hotel has its strengths, the ambiance didn't quite live up to my expectations of a five-star property, particularly given its association with the ITC Fortune brand. In terms of location, the hotel is situated slightly inland, but still within a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is a plus. Overall, I'd say this hotel shows promise, but needs to work on a few areas to meet the high standards of its brand.

The reception staff and room service staff were very warm and helpful especially when I lost my lock for my bag, Prakash who went out to the shops at night to get it for me. Amazing venue, peaceful atmosphere. My family and I had the best holiday. Thank you all.

Smooth check-in process. Preeti at the reception was very helpful. Pros - Nicely maintained pool. Sumptuous breakfast and overall food at the restaurant. Kids play area. Cons - At least 15 mins walk from the hotel to beach. They should consider providing the shuttle service to drop at the beach.

The service was good. The hotel staff was good and housekeeping team was helpful too. Karan was helpful too. The food was good. The reception staff was good too. Hotel room were spacious and the swimming pool and sitting area is good to chill around

Had a great stay at Fortune Candolim. From front desk staff Ramya, Preeti and Siddharth were very helpful during our 2 day stay. Breakfast spread was decent and location optimum for North Goa.

Awesome experience. We were a group of female friends and the staff was very supportive. Really nice service and friendly staff. Always welcome with a big smile and ready to help with all queries. Food is really awesome. Staff members specially Aslam and Sudipta were very helpful. Room service was prompt and had a nice time at the property.

I have been to many ITC hotels and my experience has always been great. Unfortunately this has been my worst experience. The service is below average . Swimming pool is not maintained i was there for 4 days and it was dirty. The staff is quite new so seems like they do not have hospitality experience.

I recently stayed at the Fortune Select Hotel at Candolim and had a really amazing stay. The location is great, walking distance from the Candolim beach and a lot of eateries. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. I went there with a group of friends along with kids. The pool area and spa are just amazing. We particularly liked the North Indian food there, the daal makhni is to die for! The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Goa whether with family or friends.
