Monte Villa

We came here after reading the great reviews on Bookings.com and because we didn’t like the area where we were staying. Best decision ever. ||The rooms are spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and there are enough plugs as well as a fridge. They even provide water at supermarket prices. ||We had a long balcony from where we could see the beach huts and it was a lovely place to sit and chill. Wi-Fi is adequate and the owners really go out of their way to make you feel at home. They can help with any queries or arrange transport for you. I even saw them collect a regular British guest from the airport! |This was the nicest and friendliest place we stayed at in our whole 2 months in India.||The beach is about 200m away so are the restaurants and shops so the location is excellent.||If we came to Candolim again I would definitely book this guesthouse again, it really felt like home from home.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Monty Villa in Goa! The property is beautiful, with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The villa was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal – close enough to the beaches and attractions, yet tucked away in a serene, peaceful environment. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local spots, or ensuring we were comfortable, they were always attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Monty Villa to anyone visiting Goa. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience in Monte Villa gest house! The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the beach and all the services in the area. The room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the balcony. I love to have a delicious breakfast on the rooftop with sea views. But actually the best are the host, Melania and her husband are extremely kind and welcoming. They pick me from the airport and made me feel as part of their family. I strongly recommend Monte Villa gest house.

Our stay at Monte Villa during December'24 was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting a family home rather than a typical guest house. The owner’s warm and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. Mr & Mrs Mascarenhas treated us like their own family, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The attention to detail and personal touch in every aspect of our experience was remarkable. Whether it was providing helpful local tips, accommodating our specific needs, or simply engaging in friendly conversations, the owner’s kindness and care made us feel right at home. Monte Villa is not just a place to stay but a destination where you feel valued and appreciated. Not to forget the location is awesome, cannot get any better than this. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for families seeking a welcoming and homely atmosphere during their travels. I can't wait to visit again soon.

I had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for me to enjoy the sea and sunset. The place itself is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Sir and ma'am were extremely warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything l needed, making me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made a difference. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended.

This is by far one of the best stays we have had. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a kettle and fridge was a real help. Loved the balcony with so much to watch. The area is busy but not noisy. The hosts are just the loveliest people and very helpful. We had a problem with our fridge which was sorted immediately we told them. Would happily stay again and would highly recommend

We had a nice stay at Monte Villa guest house for three days. The place is well situated near the beach and restaurants. The owners of the property Melania Ma'am and Arnold Sir are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious enough. Rooms with private balcony are available.
