OYO 9285 Cozy Studio

Very very extremely poor. I have booked this property through Agoda approximately one month prior to check in. I have received confirmatory mail. The day of my check in I arrived at the property at around 1400 hrs with my wife and a small child of 2 yrs. There was no one to greet. We finally managed to contact one Assamese boy who was handling reception and he told that you have no bookings. Tried to contact Oyo customer care and they told booking is there but confirm with Agoda. I spoke with Agoda person and then they contacted Oyo and finally told me due to some issues between Agoda and Oyo, your room is not booked and you have to cancel and rebook now with inflated room charges. However Agoda was offering alternate room which was a poor property 9 kms from booked property which I refused. Then reception boy of same Oyo property told me you can book directly via cash as we have some owner managed rooms. As this is a mean of generating black money via cash. I have no options left as I was being hassled for 2 hrs in scorching sun with my family. So I decided to stay for one night. Then while check in reception boy went away as it was his lunch time and no other boy was there to help. Rooms were small with only ac. There was no towels, shop or any amenities. The hotel was inside a big campus shared by many other self managed properties. We stayed for one night and checked out. This is my worst experience of travel since I came into my senses. I held all particularly Oyo, Agoda, Owner and reception boy responsible to make my stay horror. It's a sincere request to everyone please don't stay in this property.

If you are in hunt for the worst stays in Goa then congratulations you have hit the perfect place. The only perfect thing that earns this a rating is it's proximity to the Candolim beach, apart from this there is no good point that could found during our stay of 5 days. Right from leaking toilets no geysers/hot water, limited power back up during failures. Poor on cleanliness, and food too was way below average what few other oyo rooms provide. Can't rate Zero or Negative hence 1 :(

Location is quite good. What will u expect from oyo homestay with no service & didnt even got the fresh towel or clean room

Worst hotel..just near by beach..bt wen i checkin tv was not wrking, dont have bucket compulsory shower bath..NO MOBILE NETWORK HERE..And Stray dog are pet here they keep on barking whole day....No wifi as per oyo they written free wifi..mgmt is also worst...

25 % more costly . Ordinary Room with A/C. Only good thing is close to beach.
