We are spending a month in Goa and chose this accommodation on friends recommendation. Clean well run wifi good bathroom. Situated a short walk to the beach. Arun is very pleasant and goes out of his way to help. I would use this place again. |Air con efficient and of a good standard

Great hotel for a comfortable stay in Candolim. Rooms have a fridge, tv and tea making equipment, spacious bathrooms, great balconies and very comfortable mattress. The hotel is in a great location. 5 mins walk from a supermarket and 10 min walk to the beach. Myself and my family and friends will definitely be staying here again, thanks to Arun and his team for a great stay.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb The property was clean and well-maintained, and it offered a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel just like home. The price was much more affordable compared to hotels, and I really appreciated the comfort and tranquility during my stay. Highly recommended

These apartments are located just up the road from the football ground, 2 mins to main road and 10 mins walk to beach. Very central location. Modern new building set in pleasant quiet garden with 24 hour reception. Large clean rooms with balcony and lovely bathroom. Fridge, kettle and large beds with thick comfortable mattress. Also Netflix Tv. The owner Arun is on hand to help with any queries. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to Candolim .10 out of 10.

A great little guest house, Arun, the owner was really helpful. Our room was clean with good air conditioning, wifi, a fridge, and a nice balcony. Great value for money. The location is good too, a few minutes walk from the restaurants, bars and the beach - but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Myself and my granddaughter stayed here with friends over the new year and we cannot fault anything. Rooms were very good. Always someone on reception and the owner Arun was very helpful he even offered to get us a big bottle of water from the shop to save us carrying it. We have been coming to Candolim for a number of years now and this was one of the best places we have stayed 👍. We have already booked for next year. Thanks Arun and team and see you soon

Pros: Good space in 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 Balcony and seems like new building Very good location just beside road Good parking space for multiple cars and bikes Facilities are CC Camera, Refrigerator, TV, Kettle, Solar Hot water, bath soaps Owner is friendly and good suggestions on bike/car rentals Cons: A/c is available only for deluxe rooms no mirror in bedroom no stand or hooks for keeping wet cloths/towels, no shampoos Rooms are clean but no service for my 4 days staying Need to improve facilities
