Expectation vs Reality Worst Experience with this hotel, the hotel rooms don't match the pictures available on the website. I visited this hotel in September 2025. When I asked to change the rooms, the owner asked for more money. I'll recommend not to choose this hotel, whether you're travelling alone or with family. Cleanliness 1/10 [Smell in the room, bathroom wasn't clean, Cobwebs around the room] Staff Behaviour 2/10 Value for Money 2/10 Except for the location of the hotel, nothing is good. It is around 1.3 km from Dabolim Airport.

Worst property ever. Asked us to shift to other property managed by the same Hotel-Partner. Some secluded building where the lift doesn’t work, no lights over the staircase, the room looked like a graveyard for cockroaches, rude attendant at the reception, safety concerns at their secondary property which they call as spacious and worth a try. Avoid booking at any cost, be it your family / friends / or just casual check in

Worst experience. Rooms have smell and insects. I have booked with breakfast but had to fight with the management to get the breakfast. They simply said no and the manager went away in the mid of the talk. They do not provide even complementary water bottle and charge double (40rs) to purchase. Never book Fab. Possible ZERO star.

The Hotel is not what it looks in pictures. It is a third class property located on the road side. They invite you to the main road hotel and offer to give you room at a shady apartment with poor smell and house keeping.

It is a totally useless hotel. What they show in the pictures is not at all there in real at all. No parking. Whatever parking there is unsafe. It is actually an oyo hotel. Fabhotel should review this property. Not recommended at all. Another thing - I booked it initially using hotels.com. It showed cancellable. Then someone called me from the fabhotel. They gave me a 10% discount and provided another booking. When I went there and checked the room, I decided not to take it. But that's when I realised that the new booking is not cancellable. Beware.

The hotel is very good and the staff is very polite. The customer and all things are very good.And the service is very fast of food. And food is so delicious.

Very bad service, very dirty room, fully higiene, mosquito etc. even towels not cheaned.
