OYO Hotel Residency Near Calangute Beach

Rooms are fine for 2 people to stay. Service is not very good. You have to ask for things to get them done. Swimming pool is small but deep enough. Behavior of some staff gets really rude once your check out time arrives.

Everything about the hotel is good. Enjoyed the stay. Quite and nice. The food they serve is good enough. Near to beach and Calangute market. The only complain I have is the staff at reception wanted me to show the final email that I would receive at the end of the stay. And that I give them 5 rating on Oyo. That was annoying, otherwise I would had considered giving 5 rating.

Here is the Genuine feedback on this hotel we stayed. You can read all the bad feedback and you will find those present there. Complaint: after checkout manager comes, takes your phone and asks for your mobile to see if uve recvd en email.. THEN HE Gives 5StAR rating by their own, thats why they have got 4.5+ star rating in OYO app. while complaning this..they show you saying "galti se hua..aap google pe rating dijiye..". OYO helpline was also helpless in this case. Cons: 1. No view from window..all close rooms 2. Suddenly it was raining..and all water came into our first floor room..and we were shifted to grnd floor 3. Cokraochaes and insects are there 4. Old rooms and blankets 5. Swimming POol is always under maintenance 6. Hotel Manager was drinking at the center of the compound. worst it was. 7. Food was not available at that time saying kitchen is also under maintenance 8. Avg food quality 9. both managers were bad in behaviour and talk Pros: 1. They only behave good when ownr is present 2. Housekeeping staff are good 3. nearby to beach by walking distance 4. Veg restautrant just outside and on main road..very tasty food in Rs.100thali. 5. Bike rent just outside

My oyo room was 306.The worst Oyo hotel that I have been there,the bed sheets,pillow cover are dirty ,bathroom locks are not proper . they don't close properly so when u take shower ,the bathroom gate is open. there is lot of power cuts in the hotel .in every 5 min ,all the lights ,ac,fan goes off during power cut.they don't have the proper power back up.due to which I had changed the hotel by calling the customer care of goibo(as I had booked Hotel through goibo).The goibo has accepted my complaint and had changed my hotel. Only one thing is good in this hotel is the good behavior of staff.

A budget hotel near Calangute Beach for a bunch of guys who are looking just for a place to crash in Goa. Don't rely much on the room service food. The location is at walking distance from the Calangute Beach, so that might be favourable. Try and book through Oyo or any other online platform to get the best deal.

Nice place, but the swimming pool is very poor, and very small. Provides contributory food(break fast) without giving any extra charge.

Located near to Calangute beach in North Goa, this Oyo flagship hotel is clean, peaceful and affordable to stay. Staff consists of young boys and are very cooperative.
