Firstly good things Nice and cosy place near beaches. One can approach three beaches from here. Calangute, Bagha and Candolime beach. First two are at walking distance and last at a distance of 3 km. But it is an old property. It requires lot of renovation. Washrooms require proper management. Pool is there but very small. Catering service is very slow. Room service is also not up to the mark. You have to carry your luggage of your own. No one to help you. If you are looking for a true hotel service then it’s not for you.

My first room was dirty and had black mold growing. Ants crawled on everything. They moved me after water leaked through the ceiling. The room they moved me to had not been cleaned at all, the sheets and towel had huge stains, and the toilet was disgusting. In three months traveling around India this was the first time I considered asking for my money back.

Read This Before You Book – Save Your Time and Energy! Even if this review landed on your phone by mistake, I urge you to read it till the end. It might save you from a terrible experience. At first, I was fooled by the high rating this hotel has on the OYO app. I ignored the Google reviews, trusting OYO’s customer service when they confidently told me, “Sir, don’t look at Google ratings, check the OYO app rating.” Huge mistake. Here’s my experience – brace yourself. The first room they showed me had a massive leaking pipe, flooding the staircase with filthy water. Disgusting. I asked for a room change, hoping for better. But what came next was even worse. The second room was a nightmare. Exposed electrical wires were dangling right at the entrance, making every entry and exit a dangerous task. When we finally stepped inside, I was shocked. The toilets were filthy (check the photos I uploaded). Dust was everywhere – on every surface imaginable. And the best part? The toilet commode was completely uncleaned. Absolutely revolting. The staff? Completely indifferent. They couldn’t care less. The bedsheets were used and covered in dust. The sink was rusted, and the basin was beyond dirty. We had booked for three people, yet the bed could barely fit two. To top it off, I saw other frustrated guests standing at the helpdesk, clearly facing their own battles. Now you might ask, “Why didn’t you call OYO customer service?” I did. Multiple times. Every single time, I got the same robotic response: “Sir, we’re connecting you, please hold.” 15 minutes of holding, and no one picked up. This cycle repeated over and over. I wasted over three hours trying to resolve the mess. So, the decision is yours – but if you value your sanity, check the Google reviews before booking any hotel. Don’t fall for the OYO ratings like I did. Consider yourself warned.

I booked "Super Townhouse Calangute Goa" hotel through OYO , It is very old property, I was expecting a pool view room with balcony but I got different room facing other building. there were many issues inside room. smelly room , bathroom bash basin was licking and having water drainage issues, bathroom light issue. AC was very old. furniture was very old d chepp quality, window latch was not working, telephone was not working, mosquitoes in the room, stains inthe bedsheet. I asked hotel management to fix the issues or change the room but whichever room they show me all those rooms were same with no balcony view. I called up to OYO and asked them to change the room or change the hotel or I can stay in this hotel for a nigt and refund my money for next two nights but oyo refuse and did not provide any solutions to me. i did mistake and pay them in advance so i request everyone not to pay money to oyo in advance . if you pay then in advance and later on at the time of checkin you do not like the room they will not refund your money. hotel does not have parking so i had to pay 1500 to park my car at nearby parking area. I think it is better to book a hotel onsite instead of booking online. there are 1000s of hotel and options available in goa so you can check and book it onsite OYO is not helpful at all they are just earning the commission and does not provide solution in case you face any issue. you feel helpless and feels cheated. I do not recommend booking hotel using OYO at all. This is my first and last booking through OYO

Staying with Supertown House Calangute is Ok OK types but definitely not good or great. For bachelors it's good but not for family stay. Below I am sharing the Pros and Cons that can help you while finalizing your booking. Pros: * Safe Stay with no disturbance * They keep luggage after check out if you have late night flight * The staff and manager are helpful upon request * Bachelor can stay and enjoy well * They change the rooms if you are not satisfied * Hot water 24/7 * Best location, easily accessible to Calangute and baga beach. Calangute beach is just walkable distance of 4-5 min max. Cons: * Very old property and not at all maintained * Rooms bedsheets are not clean and have stains * Bathroom leakage issue * Water drop from AC directly on bed * No facilities in rooms like kettle, glass, jug * Rooms amirah are full of outdated old bedsheets and mattress * The balcony is broken and not safe because it is too old property. * Telephone in room does not work * WiFi does not work * Not good for family and specially if you have small kids * No cleanliness

This place is okay but the backside is too bad, it's so dirty that it looks like a gutter. So much garbage just lying around, bad smell. I won't recommend it.

I booked the hotel and tried to contact the property but can't get through the oyo rooms. Why is this listed here if it's oyo property. It's fraud and running a scam.
