The Treat Hotel

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I checked in with my aged mother at 9 PM. They showed us a room fully filled with cockroaches of all sizes, then they showed another which had the same result, and then they showed two other rooms which also had cockroaches. To which the hotel manager asked us to "adjust". Bathroom doors were broken, and rooms were filthy. Please run away from the property. Don't go here even if they give a room for free. Instead, go to Ginger or Nanutel near Madgaon Railway Station. The manager and caretakers are even worse human beings. We had to run away from the hotel in the middle of the night.

3rd class hotel. Never ever book here.. looks different in photos. In photos it looks like 4 start hotel. In reality it cant even give a 1 star. There are rats in the room... Agoda shows such a good photos. And in reality it looks like a garbage dump.

The staff were friendly, and even let us extend the stay for an hour after check out time. The location is really nice as it's accessible to the city. It was very affordable for 4 people. The cleanliness was maintained well, room wasn't that big but manageable.

Rooms picture shared by the property and the current state of the rooms is completely different. Bugs, cockroach, sticky flooring broken door no amenities offered rooms are in a very poor condition. Location is the only positive side of the property

We'd seen the bad reviews, but we urgently needed a place to stay so we booked it. We called the hotel people up and they said, the reviews are old and we've cleaned everything up. And if u need us to, we'll do a full cleaning before you come too. Even after that, the hotel rooms were pretty meh. A lot of rooms had bedbugs, and the sheets had weird stains on them (they did change it when we asked) The bathroom didn't flush properly. The ac was leaking. (They fixed it later) But overall, the hotel was eh, but if ur looking for really cheap places it's doable.

Worst Hotel to stay... please sleep on beach rather than this hotel Firstly we checked in at hotel around 1 p.m the lift was not working...we took all the luggage at 3 rd floor. Secondly the rooms were ok but the bed was pathetic and washroom was yuck...full of insects bugs...no maintaince at all it smell horrible. Ac was not working...Greedy people...the lift never work properly. Lights can go anytime no generators available. We did a big mistake by adding breakfast with our stay...they have same menu for breakfast all 365 days... we asked milk for my 5 year daughter before giving milk they say it will charge extra...no proper service as per charges...rude staff and third class hotel. If you order something than you have to pay first. Food was not all good. We ordered Maggie it was so bad that what to say fully uncooked. Will never recommend such hotel to anyone.

We had a really bad experience at treat hotel. Rooms were very unhygienic and washrooms were very bad too. Mirrors were not clean and room was stinking very badly. Bedspreads were unclean and there were lot of bedbugs too. Area is totally not safe and not clean Google images don’t even match reality. Overall it was a really bad experience. I would never recommend this to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE ever in this hotel. I would rather stay on road. You can see bed bugs all over. Your sleep will get disturbed every-time. They also don’t have clean rooms as shown in Photos. Worst hotel in Margao south Goa. Do look for some other hotel.
