Hotel Panchsheel

I spent a night at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the rooms are spacious, the management's lack of attention to customer service and maintenance is concerning. Outdated bedsheets, closets, furniture everything need replacement. With proper upkeep, this hotel could be pleasant. Currently, it's not worth more than ₹500. The only advantage is its proximity to the railway station.

Rooms - big , spacious , too old , furniture looks like they may break any time , no hot water ( pipe damage ) Bed - uncomfortable, itching , dirty , it feels like it may collapse any time . Tv - doesn't work Bathroom - pathetic (pipe issue , closest to bad 🤮🤢) Location - 1.2 km from madgaon railway station , around 10-15 km many beaches available from this location, location as everything u want ( very good resturant just outside the stay (spicy). Not at all maintained , just because the don't want to .

Rooms are spacious and good. A little bit problem in parking. I bspent one night check in 24 December 23. I had booked throgh Goibibo. Goibibo has mentioned free mineral water but hotel manager refused to provide. Bathroom is specious but taps are leaked. TV is not working. Despite making a complain, tv was not started. They assured to rechare it or repair it but did nothing.

One of the most poorly maintained lodges ever. It was a waste of money as the AC was not working, the TV was also unreachable, and it's far away from the city. There was also no proper documentation.

We chose this hotel as the location was convenient to us. Pros: Rooms are spacious Hot water Has everything you need Cons: NO WI-FI!! The place is cluttered. Reception is cluttered, hallways are cluttered. Just random things everywhere. Check in process retired. Very long, very unnecessary and very admin like (it was like doing immigration at the airport) - not like a friendly hotel check in. The rooms are dirty. Like deep clean dirty. Cob webs around, stains on furniture, dust everywhere. Seems like the rooms aren’t being cleaned, just beds changed and voila. This place has a lot potential, just needs managment who cares about the hotel and customers and prioritises it over money.

Rooms are clean but bedsheets are old and torn, AC not working properly where we couldn't change the temperature. No room service. In bathroom taps were leaking, firstly they refused to change the room but later after two to three discussions they agreed to change. Not a good experience

The service providers do not seem keen to help you in particular. We had to ask them to clean the room or provide bath towels. I believe in most hotels they provide you with these basic amenities on their own. Otherwise, it was an okay stay in comparison to the other hotels in the area. Although, for visiting places in Goa, it was not the most convenient place to stay. So do your research before getting a hotel in South Goa.

Rooms are neat and clean. Very hygenic. Food was delicious. Location wise it is connected with all public transport. Hotel staff was very cooperative and humble to the visitors. Hotel ambience was okay.
