Treebo Trend Ashwem Beach Resort - Hotel in Goa

There was no room service at any time of the day or night - 24/7 promised at the time of booking. The Wifi did not work. The hotel staff can be seen sitting with Russians inside while being at work. There is no sense of hospitality and you won’t be asked for water at the restaurant. The location is not good because the nearest walk to the beach goes through the sides of a very dirty shack cheating customers by hiding the prices on their menu. La Cabana hotel (stayed in Dec 2017) nearby is slightly expensive but worth the money.|There is another Treebo hotel (Treebo Trend Maison) right opposite this hotel which also doesn’t have any staff. There is no security guard - be responsible for your own safety. They don’t seem to care what u want or need - u paid for the room and that’s what U’ll get. The mobiles don’t work either due to poor connectivity. I had a broken telephone receiver with its chipset falling off placed next to my bed - of course it wasn’t working and no other phones in 2 of our other rooms worked either. Soon after checking in, we went to the reception, got someone from housekeeping to replace the linen (because it had food stains maybe from the previous occupancy). The main doors cannot be locked from inside unless u use a key - no auto locks or chains. My parents hated this hotel to the point that the entire experience of the trip has gone out of the window. Treebo’s sales team is very responsive - but the hotels are a complete sham. The restaurant is fine - but the whole staff is a complete disgrace to the hospitality industry. This review might get an apology from Treebo but remember - they will not listen to you when you’re at the hotel. Disappointing and zero value for money.

Only the outlook of this resort is good. Otherwise everything is very bad. The bathrooms don't have proper lock. There is no doormats on the floor. There services are very slow. The food is very expensive and not so good. They are taking a lots of money claiming that they have the sea view rooms which is a lie. Spending time at this resort is just a waste of money .

Good rooms for the price. The rooms were large and neat and right next to the beach even though you don't have beach view.Decent complimentary breakfast compared to the price of the rooms. Its better to book online and go as you will get cheaper rates than booking at the hotel. Certain staffs were not very welcoming and the rest were nice. Overall I would recommend for the price.

Cleanliness is I believe is of least priority. Staff is not trained on how to keep rooms clean. There were cockroaches in one room. Moved to another Fab hotel through them only just to find musquitoes in the new hotel. ||Bathroom cleanliness is absolutely not upto standards...

Had an amazing time staying at ABR. I stayed for around 15 days, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, the location is perfect to get to beaches and best restaurants and cafes around. Rooms were neat & clean and they also have in house spa. Late night party spots of Morjim are also just 5 minutes drive from ABR which is very comforting.

Stayed there during Holi. Its very close to Ashwem beach. More than a hotel, its a proper resort with in house pool. Welcoming and helpful staff. Neat and Clean rooms. Secure environment, so you can leave your things without worries. The owner was very friendly and helpful and makes you feel like your own place.||||Loved the stay, super happy

Superb food at extremely reasonable prices: Rs. 720 for 2 prawn curries (and they actually did not cook with chili at our request!) with rice, roti, Caesar salad and soft drink. Great service too!

Pathetic hotel and staff. The room was not ready when we arrived. The whole property and rooms were in mess. We were made to check in to their other property which was also very unhygienic and we denied. DONT GET DECEIVED BY LOOKING AT PICS, IT'S WORST PLACE TO STAY. ALSO IT HAS GOT NO PROPER CAR PARKING, CUSTOMERS ARE MADE TO PARK ON STREET WHICH ATTRACTS FINE.
