OYO Townhouse 031 Ashvem Beach

A wonderfully managed place. Newly setup with good large rooms and clean bathrooms.For a beautiful view of the sea, pls choose the top rooms with a sitout balcony. Staff was super helpful. The manager is a really young guy with a zeal to excell and help the customers have a pleasant stay. Complimentary breakfast was good. Just a road across from the beach. You can get nice massage at the hotels at the beach, where the restaurants also offer food.

The best hotel in that area and the cleanest one ! To begin with, the staff was really friendly and were really flexible. The hotel is really really clean and food is amazing. There are many beach facing rooms available and you can get anyone of them without paying more. Also the staff knows a lot about the area and can let you know about the local markets and everything. The bathrooms are neat, fitted with best showers and taps and water supply also never goes away. Overall a very good experience.

Would highly recommend this place if you want to spend a vacation elegantly but away from the rush of the city. The rooms are very well managed but may be rains are not the time to be. Although had flies but the staff was very helpful and courteous. They done have their own kitchen which may be a miss but the shops nearby do serve you decent food. Staff earns all goodie brownie points for their helpful assistance and care. The only major miss is the location and ease to travel in bad weather or odd times, else it's one of most recommended places to stay in Goa

Overall the hotel is in good location, its across the road around 150m from the beach. The rooms were spacious, with nice balcony etc. The only problem that I have encountered was the cleanness of the rooms. There were no covers on the pillows (we have used our own T-shirts), the bedsheets were a little off from my expectations, towels had a yellow-tint on them and bathroom for sure would need some extra cleaning. All the rest was OK.

Pros Great place to stay massive rooms clean enough pillows and bed is really good and comfy A/C and fans in room makes it really cool or sometimes cold which is great Cons WiFi is very limited. Rooms are massive but don't have any surface for resting bags to access your contents. Towels are clean but they got some stains which won't wash off due to the red sand on the roads Overall Great place to stay minutes from the beach with easy access to the road

Place is very nice.. also the staff... The food served is also excellet!! A must try hotel. The ashwem beach is right front of the hotel. You can hear the sound of the waves till the hotel balcony. The location of hotel is about 20km away from calangute beach. You can easily hire bikes or cars or rent a taxi to explore the whole north goa!! The taxi people are very rude though and charge high amounts.. scooty is available around 300-400. Hotel is very good ambience. The buffet breakfast served is a morning bliss. The location is the best. Parking space available.they wash your car everyday in the morning in complimentary. Rooms are very good, staff is super friendly. The beach is 1 min walk. Food is decent. Bike rental available just next to the hotel. Nice Cafe's and eateries available. The place would have been better if had pool.

Worst place. Rooms were good location was also good but service is worse. Hotel representative is very rude. They won't provide cleans sheets or bed spread. After asking the service guy to change stained bed spread, he said stain won't go but the spreads r washed. Same breakfast daily. That is cold idli vada sambar. If asked for option the representative says there is no kitchen in hotel so they have arranged this from outside. So cannot provide any options. We went and had in hangout which is beside it and lamore resort opposite to it. Never suggest this place to anyone.
