I stayed here 8 days only on account of staff good behaviour and good sevice , they gave me heartiest regard , breakfast and lunch is good and according to my choise, good bless them, here I want to praise mr vishal and mr vinod who gave totally veg food

It is a very nice place with a restaurant and bar. We had very nice coffee over there. The place was very peaceful.

+ Overall a great place. The food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. - Quite far from the beach. The breakfast buffet could be improved. They have a nice pool with a board of rules which no one follows. They allowed guests to jump in the pool with their dirty jeans and full street clothes although it’s very clearly mentioned that they have to wear swim wear and should shower first for hygiene reasons. And soon the pool water started to be murky which was disgusting. So what’s the point of having a pool!

This is a resort is about a 10 minute walk from the beach in Mandrem. They do have a pool which is handy if you don't want to walk to the beach. Rooms were a decent size, with hot water showers, and most have both front patios and back windows that overlook the fields. They don't have safes but have a drawer than locks. The Wi-Fi reception was mixed. Seems to be mainly geared towards Indian families or groups, so be aware that they don't take foreign credit cards and you'll have to pay in cash (even if you give your credit card on an online booking site). Breakfast is included but to be honest it wasn't very good or fresh. The resort was fairly quiet when I was there so perhaps in peak season when the hotel is full they stock the breakfast buffet differently, not sure. There is a TV but it didn't work. Not sure the cleaning schedule as they never came to clean the room, so I just asked directly for fresh towels and soap after a couple of days. One unfortunate habit is that they play loud thumping dance music from the pool bar which is so loud you hear it inside your room. They didn't play it all the time and seem to only play when people are at the pool. And fortunately they never played it too late into the evening. However I'm not sure why they had to play that type of music at that volume as it took a bit away from the relaxing resort nature of the resort. Sheets on the bed weren't the cleanest. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful in assisting with directions, taxi bookings and moped scooter rental.

Actually I want to give 4+ rating but some deficiency in food services are there.. morning tea....n other related services.Hope it will be corrected in future.Best budget ⛵🌊⛵ resort with great location n good staff

I kind of enjoyed the stay. Tho my first hour experience at the resort was not so great, but the resort staffs acted immediately upon the issue raised and ensured that we had a pleasant stay for rest our days. Things I liked about the resort: food, friendly staffs, ambiance, walkable distance to Manderem beach, private parking space. Things I didn’t like about the resort: amenities, house keeping, there was TV in our room but never worked during my whole stay, there were lot of ants 🐜 and 🐛 around the room, the major concern for me was the main door of the room that I was in… not able to close it properly. Overall I liked my stay. Have conveyed the same to supervisor and they have promised all these would be fixed before the season starts. Hope the resort management looks into this and improves the experience for future guests.

Ultralow quality internet while pricing is quite well. Owners don't think it's important so far whole hotel has only 25 mbit/s and home-level router. Consider this. Staff is really good and helpful tho.

Amazing stay located near the beach.(5 min walk) Liquor stores and general stores are also available on 2 min walk. Very friendly and humble staff always ready to help their guests. Must visit ✌️
