Amazing and affordable place to stay. This is very close to the beach, hardly a 5-7min walk. They have a good terrace to sit and chill in the night. Mr Supresh at the property is a great guy and was very kind and helpful to us. The rooms were neat and hygienic. Would definitely consider this again!

The room and bathroom are clean but the stairs could do with a good scrub. It's a 5 min walk to beach. I think most guests are Indian judging by the menu. Food is eaten in the courtyard from plastic tables

It is good but there is no hot water for bath since too many time informed caretaker for hot water

Stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean and simple, decent balcony. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly near main road but was always quiet and peaceful. For the price it is a really good deal.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks in December whilst attending a yoga retreat in the area. Really nice rooms, comfy beds and good bathrooms - sometimes a rarity in India! The staff there are all super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a good selection of healthy and also yummy food - and a great selection of fruit juices and fresh fish. Would completely recommend the place.....have already booked my room for next season! :-)

We booked this place because we were looking for a budget hotel not far from the beach. The reviews weren't great so we weren't expecting much. But to our surprise we arrived to a very modern (by Indian standards), very comfortable and extremely clean room. We'd recommend and definitely stay again next time we're in Mandrem.

I went with my Dad for 6 nights, the rooms were clean, staff friendly. My Dad stayed on ground floor and was regularly kept up by opera singing and loud music!! Although he likes an earlyish night to still be going full pelt at 2 and 4 am was a bit much. The manager was reluctant to have a word with the russian guests in question obviously worried about damaging his reputation which was frustrating. Not sure it would've been much different elsewhere.

We stayed in this hotel for twelve days. I think it is a perfect hotel for India, especially for this price. Good room, friendly staff, close to the sea. And special thanks for the manager Supresh! The location is the best, because not far from Arambol, but more clean beach and very quiet.
