The Twelve Palms Resort

This was my second time visiting this place. Last year, it was run by a different management and I wasn’t happy with the experience. When I planned my Goa trip this year, I wanted to stay here again because of the location, but I was unsure because of the previous issues. I later found out the management had changed, so I spoke to the owner, felt more confident, and decided to book it. From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The owner is genuinely kind and incredibly helpful. He also has great connections in Goa, which made things even easier. I had accidentally left my bag at a hotel in South Goa and he immediately arranged help, and I got my bag back without any hassle. Throughout my stay, he was always available and always supportive. I would absolutely recommend this place—10/10. It’s great value for money, and you’ll truly have a memorable stay.

The rooms and bathroom are clean. Good blackout curtains — great for sleeping. The fan and AC work well. The bed is comfortable for sleeping. There’s a supermarket nearby. The shower is very nice — good temperature and water pressure. Pleasant view from the window and also from the staircase on the other side of the building. Mitesh is very helpful and responsive, he assisted us a lot. Room for improvement: It would be nice to have a wardrobe and/or some hangers. It can get noisy sometimes, as there’s a temple nearby and they may sing ragas all evening every monday.

Twelve Palm Resort offers an excellent stay experience in Goa. The property is well-maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is outstanding. An absolutely wonderful experience! The property is beautifully located at the best place and offering stunning view. It's spacious, well-maintained and offering all the comfort you had expect from a luxury stay. Best food, clean and hygiene stay. Overall, the twelve palms resort is highly recommended for relax stay and peace.

Amazing stay just a short walk from Turtle Beach! The location is perfect, and I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly generous and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Rooms were great, with great view from balcony with fresh air beds were very comfy And The breakfast was totally amazing (Black tea with mix Paratha, pasta) Overall the place is great if you want to spend quality time with your partner

Nice cozy place in the heart of Morjim. Everything is accessible. Rooms are good! Worth the price. Hitesh bhai was very helpful with everything that was required. I recommend this place.
