NillLoved it. Excellent courteous staff. Good complimentary breakfast, just the kind you would like after a beery night. Rooms are quite spacious with a double bed to fit two adults easily. Our room had a kitchen too - which we could not try in our weekend trip. Heard of many tourists hanging in for months and uses the kitchen well.Around 100-150 meters from Morjim beach. Approach roads are bumpy and dusty. We had severe trouble finding mobile network in rooms. Even hotel wifi had no signal at rooms. I would like very much to visit again.

NillAn awesome place to be in North Goa. The property is a traditional portugués type two storied villa and well maintained. I stayed there for 7 days, and I was surprised to get a warm welcome and awesome catering by Ramesh, Varsha, Juliet. The owner, Hemant was also present during our stay. He guided us like our father and always monitored for our comfort! I must say this the the best catering, care, guidance one can get from any hotel. Their behaviour was so polished and sober. A very special thanks to Ramesh and Varsha for serving those awesome tasty food throughout the day! If I visit Goa again, I’ll stay in this hotel only.

★★★★We stayed at the 2bedroom villa, 4 people. The property was clean and well-maintained and looked like a typical beautiful Goan villa. Only one room of the 2 bedroom villa has privacy and the other doesnt. It would have been better if the architecture have been little different. ||The rooms were cleaned nicely everyday. Breakfast had limited options, but good for the price we paid. Refrigerator and ac were working properly. ||The caretaker, Ramesh always went an extra mile to help us. The last day we wanted our breakfast lil early and he accomodated us. ||Location of the hotel is good. 2mins walk to the beach through a narrow lane.||Only bad experience was with the parking, since in the morning as agreed by both hotels, we were using parking of the opposite hotel to park our car. But at night the night guard of the other hotel, La Vaiencia, created a big scene for parking there, he wasn't aware and even threatened to damage our car. It was 2 am then. But Ramesh woke up to help us and managed it very well. Thanks to him. A clearer discussion well in advance could have avoided this experience.| |Would recommend this hotel.||Would recommend this hotel to all.

NillMr. Hemant is a very accommodating gentleman. It was great to have the villa for a family event. Service staff were very helpful & exceeded expectations. Extremely convenient 5 mins walking distance from the beach. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Baywalk.

NillMy friends and I got an apartment type double room here for 3 nights and we have absolutely no complaints. The beds are super comfy and everything works. The breakfast is delicious, made to order by Juliet. Ramesh is one of the best property managers I’ve ever stayed with, always ready to serve with a smile. The lovely Morjim beach is just 4 mins walking, which is frankly amazing for the price point. Morjim beach is super quiet and it barely had any crowds even during peak season. It’s one of the best Goa beaches for swimming. This guesthouse also has a newly installed kids pool.

NillVery nice villa, just 200 meters away from Morjim beach, a village type peaceful location, excellent surrounding. Rooms are good, though I got a smaller room but that too was good. One star less for non availability of food, for lunch and dinner I have to visit restaurant opposite to villa. This villa has 6 rooms, all well maintained. They have kitchen where a lady cook breakfast for you. But lunch and dinner are not available, though they have the menu but cook is not available. Overall a great place to relax.

★★★★It's a small budget hotel. The rooms are decent sized with air conditioning and kettle etc in the room. There is 24 hour running hot water etc. |You get hot breakfast in the morning from the limited menu option but it is well cooked and tasty|For the other meals you have to eat out or call for food. There is. Hotel opposite from where you can order food and the staff of Baywalk get it for you.||The highlight of our stay was the excellent service provided by Ramesh. Ever smiling and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay super comfortable.

NillFirstly, I would like to thank Mr. Hemanth, who has been so cooperative and kind. The stay was really good. We had booked the entire villa. ( 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers. ) *Good spacious rooms and washrooms. *It has varieties of indoor games like caroms, foosball, table tennis etc. * Homely food and accessible kitchen. ( As we had toddlers, we cooked food for them) * Good WiFi signal * Neat and less crowded beach in walkable distance. * Affordable restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing for improvement is the rooms and furniture like wardrobe, which needs to be vacuumed.
