Flagship Casa Paradiso Near Immaculate Conception Church

Interaction was very rude, never provide water during check in, location of hotel was near wine shop hence it was smelling bad. Also room and wash room were not proper clean, room was also smelling bad, in the couldn't sleep due to excess honking. Definately will not suggest this hotel

Very drastic experience. No proper cleaning No response No breakfast No greser No towel No doors for restroom No water No service Bad smell I had struggled a lot. Wrost behaviour One of the respection fellow is asking to cancel after asking all the above things

Very very Bad experience with this hotel. Unclean and dirty rooms with bad smell. Worst staff behaviour. Seepage walls, Unclean Lenin with Stains overall.

Worst experience of my life. It was one of the worst mistake I have done by paying advance half payment during the online booking. Even basic facilities were missing in room, there was no fan, no mirror, light bulb was not working, electric socket was not working properly due to sparking to charge phones. AC remote and TV remote was not available and when we asked for AC remote reception guy was saying to turn on and off AC manually from switch board, water bottle was not provided, dirty washbasin, dirty toilet, no ventilation in room, broken drawer, we were asking everything to reception to provide water, blanket, handwash soap etc. If you are going to book it just because it is near to Casinos you can book nearby other hotel room there are so many options nearby.

Third class service. I booked on 12th January 2025 morning 6 am. From 12th to 13th. As check in timings are 12 pm I had to early check in by 6 hours. At first. I booked by Fab, I went and I told about the Booking Id, he ignored at said to do the entry. Later I asked him should I pay on the link which is sent by Fab hotels or should I pay on your scanner? He said on my scanner. My amount was 1522, and he was asking for 1700. I said already booked by Fab. He says no I thought walk-in booking. You would have said in the starting, now your saying, we have to now give 15% to fab.. 1522 is not worth.. i want 1700. Then later when I said take the booking Id check on App or your system he says I don't have all those access. And asked me to check in with asking for 500 rupees early check in charges. I called fab, they said it is 30% of booking amount is added in early check in. The reception guy at the hotel says pay 40%, when I said the fab guys just told me 30% he says then it is the 507 rupees pay me full in cash. Not ready to accept online. After cash payment I asked him to send someone to take the laggage he says you need to carry by your self, the room service boy is sleeping. So we had to carry it for 2 floors which were of old construction and wooden steps with steep slope/tilt. In all this chaos, at 12 the reception guy calls and ask to check out. And keeps on calling and asking to check out. When called up to Fab and asked to talk he said my owner is coming wait talk to them. And when later the owner came this confusion was cleared and then they let us stay there. A worst experience, fab should be ashamed of keeping such partners and working with this cheap outsiders who are non-goans. Who have rented the place and shows as if they are the owners of fab. @fabindia should intervene in this matter.

The location of hotel is great. Available at cheap price but there are many problems associated: 1. No hand towels 2. Body Towels do not dry your skin 3. The bed sheet are dismal. One should take your own bed sheets, the towels to use them. Service is not great, the workers their are mostly not going to clean your room until and unless you go and ask them.
