No breakfast available in the hotel. It was given in another hotel nearby and there is no option but have to take whatever is available. But quality is not good.

Rooms are just okay (small in size) staff was polite but one of our room toilet was in very bad condition and is very small toilet sheet was like broken type making cracking sound when sit on it very bad that thing, no toiletries were provided. Ac was in bad condition. Although our second room was ok/much better. So you have a lot of scope of improvement.

I chose this property for a week long vacation in mid January 2019 apparently impressed by the 4 plus rating (at that time) and the price offering. Looking at the pictures of the hotel and rooms one would be easily fooled into thinking that it's a large property with spacious rooms. Its strictly a boutique hotel with very small rooms and smaller bathrooms. Almost like a ramshackle inn with a tiny waiting area at the reception. There is no restaurant in the hotel so please do not choose the MAP option with breakfast included. We did and regretted. Breakfast and meals are provided only in room by an outsourced vendor. Me ,my wife and kid ordered three items on our first morning and trust me each one was so bad that none of us could complete it. For the rest of our stay we chose to have breakfast at a nearby udupi within walking distance even though we had breakfast included in our plan. The rooms as I said are very small with space barely able to move. But the good thing probably the only about this place was its housekeeping. The rooms were clean, bedding and other linen was also clean and the mattresses and upholstery is very comfy. Also I liked the patterns made by the HK staff each day with towels on sheets. An effort to please the guest is seen only by HK. AC and wifi work fine. Food atrocious, customer service ok and room cleaning best. Basically a no frills setup with price in the range of 2000 only justified.

Firstly, oyo itself is not recommendable. It's got very poor customer service and support. I called this property very much in advance and told my requirements about room but I was not alloted the room that I booked. Breakfast options are less and food quantity is also not sufficient with above average taste. Staff and other personnel service and response is good and satisfactory.

Stayed here for 10 days. Hotel is located centrally and accessible to casinos and bike rentals. Rooms are a bit small but comfy for 1, ok for 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Pillows were old and had mould on them. cockroaches everywhere, the hotel on the whole needs pest control done. Rooms service is good. Breakfast is Aloo paratha or bread omelette. No varieties. No dinner or lunch but can order through swiggy to your room. If you like a good morning coffee, forget it. Coffee is bad. Folks at front desk are friendly and helpful which makes up for the rest of the issues in certain way.

Visited Goa in december and checked in at Hotel Sona.. found it very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. All amenities in place and the hot rain shower was commendable. The location is perfect.. in the city but peaceful. Great restaurants and pubs in close proximity. It overlooks the Ourem Creek which is beautiful.. and is outlined by mangrove trees so a delight for bird lovers. Very close to the Casinos and Cruise boats too.

Hotel is decent. Room was a bit small. Bathroom was clean and functional. Room service was prompt. Food was good despite less options being available. The location is near paradise cruises. Staff was helpful. The hotel tariff is on the expensive side.
