Old property. Needs maintenance. Rooms were super hot even during winter. Lacks ventilation. Toilets were clean but room was not tidy. Not worth staying unless they renovate the building.

Disappointing Stay at Menino Regency – Not Worth the Price! Our experience at Menino Regency in Fontainhas, Panaji, was extremely disappointing. We booked a non-AC room, but despite the high price, the room was stuffy, dirty, and felt neglected. The hotel building is old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was especially unclean, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there’s no dedicated parking – we had to find space on the road, which was inconvenient and stressful. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations, and we would not recommend it, especially given the cost. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we've had, and I wish we could give it 0 stars.

Location of a hotel is too good. Service is also very good. The negative things about the hotel is their rooms which are not maintained properly. Washrooms are also dirty. Their lift is not working.

Location is very much close to main market of panjim, service is also good, but Rooms conditions puts u back in 90's era

We have book a stay for 2nights. The reception people's are very kind. We have our bus late so they said we can take a late check out but have to pay extra which was quite easy. We enjoyed living there. It is ancient times building with some old interiors and a bit broken things. But the stay was very clam and peaceful. We loved it. All the money you charge to hotel is worth it just for the location it's near to famous church.

Such a disappointing experience ! We wanted a quick place for refreshment before boarding our bus and found this hotel available for booking online on an hourly basis. We just needed for less than an hour however we were forced to pay for a minimum of 3 to 6 hours as they were not providing for an hour. Expected the room to be quite hygiene but again it was a disappointment . Room was smelly, mosquitoes around, washroom accessories were broken , commode was totally a mess and unhygienic. We could not fight back or change room as we were already in a rush. Though the hotel from outside look pretty decent , our experience was a complete regret

Rooms are okay, service is good but only problem is no WiFi in rooms. Its only available in lobby area, and they only offer breakfast (not free), no dinner available, also some rooms are with LED TVs and some with CRT type old ones.
