Hotel Sunrise Goa

Very bad place to stay. No wifi, bedsheets have holes and are dirty. Towels are very old. Toilet flushes don't work. Replaced seat covers are smaller than the original. The seat cover in our room literally came off. I had to request for change of rooms, but nothing better. If one room has one issue the other has another. There is no soap holder. Don't provide any toiletries. In one of the two rooms we took no cupboard. The AC vent is brocken. TV channels stopped working on the last day as the recharged amount got over and the hotel staff said they can only charge on monday. Very ridiculous. Authorities should take some action and protect the brand Goa. It is by no means worthy of any star. Very disappointing g. And the worst part is the hotel management is not apologetic. Looks like some infernal people.

FRAUD...Never book through online for this hotel Sunrise. If done, you will be cheated nicely and this Sunrise hotel management may offer 3rd class room on mercy by collecting additional money from you. You will never get refund if you book through any of these online sites.

We five people stayed in a single room..we asked for a extra towel but they haven't give us a single towel for two days. Toilet is also not so good. Reception person is not friendly. Tv is broken too.

They were costing too much for room and room was not worthy 😔 toilet was to bad and smelling so worst 😡 After 3 nights I am staying they asking hotel price gone high they asking to pay extra 1400 room room very bad experience

This is okay place considering the budget. Location is good. Service is a big let down. Stayed there for 2 nights. No room cleaning, no change of sheets and no change of towels. Free breakfast was promised and was not provided. Better to spend 300 to 500 more and can find another hotel around. They did accommodate early check-in for us. Can't complain about the cleanliness of the room.

The place is well known, won't have issue locating but the rooms are not worth the money. Personally i was annoyed that none of the switches near bed worked and there were no toiletries.

Very low quality hotel, Dirty rooms and full of cockroaches. Owner do not have any sense of dealing with guests , he behaves like he is doing charity towards customer ( as of guests are staying free of cost at his hotel ). Also he is always screaming on staff , hopeless person.....( not even concerned or care about customers) Observed him abusing customers who are staying here regularly. No one should prefer this hotel , instead look some good hotels nearby.

Very pertetice service. No service is been given. Just been charged for nothing. We came her for medical treatmen and We hired bike they called me 6 time in 20 mins for returning the bike. No manners to speak with ladies. They just need money. No imformation provide before giving bike.pls dont visit this place. Money waste as well as mood spoil with this service
