Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is great and the staff is really helpful. When you book this hotel, do not choose food. Very limited options for food here. The location is accessible to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. overall it's a good place to stay.

Lovely heritage property with the owners staying in. Full of history and memorabilia. The food is very homely and yum. The rooms are not great, and one feels, the owners should not be adding modern paintings and decor to the place. In the midst of historic pieces, these give off a very tacky vibe. The location is kinda 'not happening ', if you get my drift.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The best part were the connecting rooms. Woke up to greenery outside the window. A feeling of staying at home. The staff were friendly and helpful to assist with queries and booking taxis. Convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are near and clean,service is prompt, food is little expensive and location wise little costlier, you can find home stays of somewhat same quality near to this hotel only. Good though.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. It gives Portuguese look. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely go back.

Went with grandparents. Stayed in mid-Feb for 4d 3n. They were happy food and breakfast wise with owner personally attending to their wishes. They have a lift and wheelchair and ramp facility. The rooms were up to the usual mark. The food was excellent and nice big portions, though service was a bit slow. The hotel is conveniently located and pretty. They provide contact numbers of the taxi. Price-wise is the usual mid-high to high Goa rates and there was no reason to complain. The staff is cooperative and friendly and did not complain when special demands were made by my grandparents (food, tv, bath supplies, accessibility). Though there seems to be no permanent reception and waiting staff sometimes. Overall an excellent stay. Will recommend and visit again. Negatives: Noticed a cockroach in the room. On check-out day, staff entered the room to clean and clear it with the master key while I was still in it. Mosquitos in the dining area.

Worst service It’s a house converted to Hotel. Hot water issues Lift was under repair for a day We have to climb stairs no of floors. During checkout we have to use stairs. No professional staff. No caring responsive behaviour by staff. Basically it feels that the Hotel owner is giving customers a favour by allotting a room here. Owner don’t need customers here. So I think before booking this hotel thrice.
