Rooms are very compact, service is just ok, location is great. They lack intercom phone in the room which is a inconvenience for the customers

My reason for stay in panaji was to explore old Goa, fountainhas, and night cruise. So I was aware i will not be staying much in hotel. I booked deluxe which is of no use. You can book standard, no difference. Average facilities

Last month we had been to this place for 2 nights stay.. We booked family room which comprises of 2 king size beds. The room was spacious but there were no basic amenities. The room was neither having intercom nor wifi.There was no TVtoo. Later they arranged for the same but their remote control was not working. Hence we missed World Cup matches both days. Also to our nightmare there was a big lizard on the window during our stay. Locationwise too it is just an average. Cleanliness wise needs improvement.

We booked deluxe room but there in no facility as deluxe room no daily cleaning or water bottle ina day very pathetic service I Strick not recommend

Budget friendly hotel if you are booking online with any of the apps. Very close to most of the locations in the city.

If you want to stay in the heart of Panjim city , surrounded by heritage properties ,cafes, and local bars, this is the place . Rooms are not huge but comfortable enough. Service is good . If you are on vacation, meanwhile, you check in at 12 noon , and you can go for breakfast nearby . that's the perfect utilization of time . In some reviews I've read about the guy on reception is rude, but his tone is like that . He will try his best to serve and make you feel better. Highly recommended 👌

Congested rooms. Okay stay. Room and toilets were clean. No wifi. Great location. Un co-operative staff.
