Congested rooms. Okay stay. Room and toilets were clean. No wifi. Great location. Un co-operative staff.

My reason for stay in panaji was to explore old Goa, fountainhas, and night cruise. So I was aware i will not be staying much in hotel. I booked deluxe which is of no use. You can book standard, no difference. Average facilities

Clean bed which was the utmost priority for me, room was compact but ok for a day or two ..more than two people would not like this.

Last month we had been to this place for 2 nights stay.. We booked family room which comprises of 2 king size beds. The room was spacious but there were no basic amenities. The room was neither having intercom nor wifi.There was no TVtoo. Later they arranged for the same but their remote control was not working. Hence we missed World Cup matches both days. Also to our nightmare there was a big lizard on the window during our stay. Locationwise too it is just an average. Cleanliness wise needs improvement.

During Feb second week, to visit and celebrate Goa Carnaval 2024, I have booked a room in this hotel for 4 days. The location is 1.5 km ( Back to ) Panjim Bus Stand. The hotel is surround with Very famous Beaches, Forts and Churches within 20 kms around. Mouth watering dishes in all 3 times given by attached Sitara Restaurant. Both the hotel and restaurant are perfect match for budget visitors.

Only one major plus point is location Staff also good. But room and hygienes horrible. According to price, Small room dirty Bed sheet and pellow cover and insects and cockroaches 🪳 every where in room.

If you want to stay in the heart of Panjim city , surrounded by heritage properties ,cafes, and local bars, this is the place . Rooms are not huge but comfortable enough. Service is good . If you are on vacation, meanwhile, you check in at 12 noon , and you can go for breakfast nearby . that's the perfect utilization of time . In some reviews I've read about the guy on reception is rude, but his tone is like that . He will try his best to serve and make you feel better. Highly recommended 👌
