Fortune Miramar, Goa - Member ITC hotels' group

Nice and Pleasant stay at Miramar Fortune Hotel when I went on Tour Pilgrimage with 55 people from Singapore in November 2024. Hotel provided Warm welcome with fruit juice. Hotel room was clean and provided ample supply of water, tea and had minibar stocked with finest Goa Port Wine and Feni. Food served at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had authentic Goa cuisine and Indian/Western food. Hotel Lobby had a nice rose display. Hotel located in a quiet residential suburb. Room had a good view of the Goan sunrise. Recommend anyone who wants to travel to Goa to stay at Fortune Miramar.

This hotel only caters to corporate clients and European/American or those rich Sheikhs from middle East but cares a damn about Indian tourist. Remember no hotel or airline company can survive with the business from HNI customers but with the hard earned money from the middle class.We booked a room from an online travel portal only to be told that our booking doesn't exist. They would not check either. Only when I asked reception to check further, they replied rudely and asked me to leave the hotel. Bunch of obstinate and arrogant employees. And they finally checked with their sales team - as if doing me favour - lo and behold walah they found our bookings !!!! Then we were "allowed" inside their hotel as if doing a favour. This incident happened way back in 2018, I hope with Covid and with general apathy of the people of India towards Goa in 2025 these arrogant and rude employees have been taught magnanimous behaviour and they should not discriminate. Unfortunately, the restaurant has too many customers and isn’t willing to accommodate additional requests. In July-24, I called to inquire about hosting a party for over 60 people. Instead of following up with me, I had to chase them, which was a frustrating experience. I received the quote only after a week and only after my follow-up. It seems the brand is thriving and becoming more selective with clients. This time, I decided to give it another shot as the location is convenient, but history repeated itself. Instead of noting my contact details, they asked me to follow up with their sales team. Not anymore—never again!

I have stayed at hotel Fortune Miramar with my group of 55 pax they were on Pilgrimage to India. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for us. The hotel rooms were cleaned and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Hotel Fortune Miramar is located in a very central place , very close to the beach. My wife and I stayed there yesterday. It was a lovely experience. The ambience was great with very courteous staff. Food in the multicuisine restaurant was very tasty. Service was excellent.. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was extremely clean and the services were very good. Food and ambience were also on point. A must visit if you are in Goa.The service staff were extremely kind and friendly and they attended to all requests fast . They also constantly checked if we were okie.
