Uday and his staff always went out of there way for me. Great food, staff and service. The tenderloin steak is one of the best I've had in india. Ceasar salad was also very good. Now that the weather is good check out the rooftop. Great view of the beach.

A small, personalized Taj Vivanta hotel. Enjoyed our holidays and daily walks on the Miramar Beach which is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Thanks to excellent hospitality, comfort and care. The Reception, Room service and Restaurant staff took great care of both of us. The location was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.It was a very hospitable stay. Mr Anand Pandey specially took care making it a very memorable stay.He as a chef is leading by an example with personal touch .Mr Navneet Sharma was also top notch with the overall guest services.One of the best stays in recent times.

The hotel is not at all a five star property. The rooms are okay, the lobbies are so clumsy. Swimming pool is just for namesake. The hotel reception lobby is below average. Breakfast buffet is also very limited and not so good.. this is just a 3 star property.. I am highly disappointed.. it is only good for business purpose.

A true five-star experience! We chose this hotel for our honeymoon retreat, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The food, service, and hospitality were beyond perfect. Special thanks to Chef Anand, Anish, Anirudh, and Manasi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. The staff also assisted us with bike and car rentals and provided excellent travel recommendations. The hotel's location is very central, making it easily accessible to most destinations in Panaji and Old Goa. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed our sea-view corner balcony and the rooftop lounge area by the pool. Despite its size, the swimming pool is also well-maintained. We had some of the most authentic and delicious meals of our Goa trip at the restaurants Mynt and Tamari (by Vivanta Panaji). The quality and quantity of the food were impressive and offered great value for money. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with good facilities but shame the beach was not clean and although it is a walking distance from the hotel, one has to cross a busy road. There are no activities or people on the beach. The staff were all very friendly except for the snooty manager. The restaurant staff were lovely especially Uday who took care of our every need and Khusbhu was very helpful too.

Poor experience. A hotel that has a few selling points - it’s near good restaurants, it across the road to the beach and has a rooftop pool. For the first two please go to any other hotel on this stretch. The rooftop pool did not function, staff is clueless and the breakfast buffet was average.
