Comfort Stays Miramar by Cocoon Hospitalities

It's really not worth paying RS1500+ per night to this hotel. Room was having very bad smell and bed was not clean. Bathroom is also very small. The hotel is also 3-4 kms from the Casino and Cruise for which most of the people stay in Panji. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the family trip.

Location is very good But rooms are not maintained properly AC was not working, geyser was not working, cockroaches were in the room, very dirty pillows, washroom was not maintained, Staff is very unprofessional

I booked Deluxe room on this Hotel (This is just lodge). When I reached to this place my half of the trip mood went down bcz there was no Title bord & entrance, finally I found it, it was on the second floor of the 4 floor building. Front desk was very poor & one guy came from inside and he speaks only their language, No English. I went to room through staircase & and my full mood of the trip went down & I started to angry with my wife & child, bcz i shocked , the room was just normal, just keep in mind I booked Deluxe room. There was TV but no TV channels, so missed my cricket matches, there was no telephone to connect them, more than that they acted well but it was showing to recharge. washroom was very small & narrow, pipe was broken & window of it was broken and some painting workers wer out side 😞. Heater was working when they wish. Totally disappointed 🥵

First of all the staff who sit in the reception area is unprofessional. He'll literally follow up with you for money soon after the time is over even after telling him that we are extending our stay as if we'll run away without paying him for that filthy room. The so-called "Money Minded" person will not hear the complaints about the condition of your room and that's disgusting. Definitely not valuable in terms of money and service. Also, it is not recommended for families to stay here. No TV as promised, No Tap to draw water and No hot water also even if you switch on the geyser and the ceiling is about to fall on your head if you're lucky 😄 He also cheated us for Rs. 1500/- without giving a receipt even after asking for it. He's definitely cheating on his owner and there is no GST no as well and no card payment facility

Moseen was very good boy thanks moseen for great service,room was clean but tata sky is not working plzz repair, AC is leakage no problem Plzz repair kro AC ka pipe baki sub thik hai , tea ,cofee was awesome 😎💯

There was a hole near the window. So , AC was not retained in the room and service was not good

The place is really nice & affordable. For the first week of Jan to get a price of ₹1500 per night in panjim city. Its really a good catch, hardly even 2mins walking distance from Miramar beach as well. The hotel staff is kind as well, the night manager was pleasant too. All in all - Do come here for a stay
