FabHotel Comfort Stays

Goods- Clean, spacious room, bathroom. Ac, geyser in working condition. Seating arrangement available in room. Bads- Unprofessional, Arrogant staff. Showed worst rooms and Tried to bluff faking unavailability of rooms. Showed the actual room when disagreed to accept worst rooms. Gave me reason of water leaking from ac in the actual booked room, kept room keys to get it repaired as we went out, (couldn't get it repaired). Check out time is 11 am as per booking on Fabhotel app but they argued to checkout at 10 am only, did not agree with Fabhotel official checkout time.

1. Room was ok, There was a hole near window, so AC was not retained in the Room. 2. They have Wifi router fixed. we are getting wifi when we are outside the room. when we enter the room, there is no wifi inside room, and no wifi to the TV attached inside the Room as well 3. We informed Fabhotels for the checkout around 1 PM, we paid after they accepted. when we reach hotel, executive as us to leave by 11 AM itself.

Location is very good But rooms are not maintained properly AC was not working, geyser was not working, cockroaches were in the room, very dirty pillows, washroom was not maintained, Staff is very unprofessional The room was on the third floor and there was no lift
