Hotel Bela

This hotel by far wins the award for one of the most mediocre hotels I have stayed in. For the price that they charged me, vs what I got in return was pathetic. Old rooms, moldy ceilings, cracks in the furniture’s. Not super great linen. Room for 3, however there were only 2 towels and 2 pillows in the room. The lobby also had a very strange odor - I will definitely warn people about staying here. Cleanliness should probably get a 0.5/10. Water heater gave you warm water for a total of 5 mins. Toilet rolls were not replaced. All in all, a zero star hotel.

We have had a good last minute short stay (one night) in hotel Bela. The location and staff were wonderful! The staff helped us fixing a driver to make an excursion to the tropical spice plantation. The room was spacious with private terrace but smelled musty and damp/mouldy. The extra foldable bed was not comfortable, too hard.

Best location, hardly 400 meters from Miramar beach. Surrounded by food outlets. This hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but you can order online. They serve breakfast but it has to be confirmed one day before. Breakfast is tasty. They upgraded us to the premium room. It was very spacious.

Initially i never wanted to post a negative review, but people spending their hard earned money deserve to get .. what they paid for. We booked the room at 3000 per night, and what we get is water dripping from ceiling and walls. Made me sick .. got cold .. ruined the entire trip .. had to stay in the room even when it wasn’t at all liveable. So be careful before booking and pay only after checking the room. They said they are under renovation, but you shouldn’t be taking booking for defective rooms. 15k wasted.

A Wonderful experience!! I stayed at Hotel Bela Goa from November 22nd to November 27th, and it was a truly stress-free experience. The staff provided exceptional, prompt service and consistently went above and beyond. Special thanks to Manager John for his outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and impeccable cleanliness. Thank you once again :)

Very Excellent hotel highly recommended We got early checkin without any problems. Breakfast is fantastic 😋 Wifi is at good speed Rooms are quite nice Appliances are in great working conditions Just go for it I would really like to visit here again ♥️

Location is super, no doubt. Walkable Miramar beach, restaurants and casinos. Hotel is located in a very good location. We stayed for 8days 7 nights. Initial 2 days no wifi, last 2days no hot water. They forget to clean the room even upon reminding. It was a kind of irritation to call front desk to follow up but ending being ignored. Staff is good but complaints are neglected or forgotten. Breakfast menu has 4 options- poha, dosa, omlette & sandwich. Chef is good. But quantity is small. They basically don't take anything seriously. Location is good so they are confident that hotel runs somehow. Overall, rooms and services are overpriced but location and ground level staff are good. If you are ok to oversee services and choose location, then good choice.

The stay was nice but you need to ask frequently to the reception for every thing at the end it gets fixed out. Wifi not working Tv not working No packed drinking water No restaurant of hotel
