This Homestay greeted us with utmost Hospitality. The owner Mr. John has been the kindest... I was on a vacation with my family and mostly elderly people.. He took the time to take care of little things without a fuss. Greeted us with a smile ensuring everything was okay.. I would highly recommend..

I had an amazing experience staying at this homestay in Goa. The owner John was incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude that it made my stay even more enjoyable. The property was exceptionally clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable, making it a fantastic value for the quality offered. I was absolutely in love with the service—they truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay close to the casinos in Panjim, I highly recommend this homestay!

John, the host, was rude and terribly unaccommodating. They charge extra for even the most basic things like an extra towel or letting us keep our bags at the hotel a few hours after checkout. Moreover, he made us pay him in cash or said would be charged extra if we pay online, so that they could avoid paying GST. The owners want to evade taxes but will try to charge you extra for essentially anything at all. The rooms were okay but having to deal with John truly ruined the experience - no wonder they barely had any guests.

Went to pickup someone. Difficult to drive till the homestay. They had to walk to the road with their baggage. If you are planning to stay at this place ensure you have backpacks.

Horrible experience. I am a defence engineer service officer (idse). Booked a room after seeing the reviews here through goibibo for attending iffi Goa. Immediately after booking I contacted one Mr John may be the caretaker. He said ok and sent me the location and check in time as 1 pm. Accordingly we went there, but he said that I have a block booking of all the rooms and if they check out then only I can confirm the room, that too after 4pm. Actually we travelled over night from Pune and there's not even a proper facility to freshen up. He said this because his computer system broke out that's why he couldn't update it. This is totally untrue and he was simply lying. Because if that's the case he could have informed me at the time of booking. Then I too had enough time to change my booking accordingly. He has overjoyed with the block booking (maybe for the first time) and may be trying to extend their stay, otherwise why the check out time 12 noon is not applicable for the existing guests. FYI this is a very small set up and does not even have an approach road. The photos in the site are enlarged ones , hardly you will get space to park a 2 wheel vehicle. Then I approached goibibo for alternate accommodation. Since the iffi is going on in Goa it was very difficult to get accommodation in Miramar beach area. At last goibibo arranged a very good accommodation for us at the same rate with complimentary breakfast. So please avoid this property it's really HORRIBLE 😭😭😔😔

A Comfortable Stay in Miramar We had a pleasant stay at a homestay located between Miramar and Dona Paula. Our host, Uncle John, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their adorable dog, "Aloo," added a touch of joy to our stay. While we enjoyed our time there, we were a bit disappointed that the hot water wasn't functioning due to the solar water heater not working in the heavy rain. Additionally, we would have appreciated complimentary drinking water, as many hotels in Goa charge for it. Despite these minor inconveniences, the rooms and beds were clean, and the air conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Peaceful and calm location. Clean rooms. Friendly owner, helpful with booking scooters and other activities. Homestay is close to a few beaches e.g. Miramar beach. Fontainhas tourist quarter, casinos and airport is also in close proximity. Food service not available, but can order or go out to nearby restaurants.

The owner is very disrespectful towards foreigners, he told us that he will give us an extra mattress for an extra guest but later he refused and was asking us to use a double bed for three people and stating that it's not gulf country and he can do whatever he wants since it's his own place. he is also toxic and does not listen.
