I recently stayed at **Comfort Fab Hotel, Miramar** with my 5 friends, and the experience was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the **management team**, who were extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was check-in, room service, or local guidance — they made sure we were well taken care of. **5 stars to the management** for their top-notch hospitality! We had booked one room for our group, and the room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was smooth throughout the property. In terms of **cleanliness**, I’d rate it **4 stars**. While the rooms and bathrooms were mostly clean and fresh, there’s a little room for improvement in daily housekeeping or attention to corners. Still, it was overall quite hygienic and comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location — walking distance from **Miramar Beach**, and just a short ride from Panjim city and nearby attractions. It was easy for us to step out and explore the area, and the calm vibe of the hotel made it ideal for resting after a fun day out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Comfort Fab Hotel for both families and groups of friends. Great value for money, amazing service, and a memorable stay. Would love to visit again!

The Service is good. Had the breakfast free. Thank you very much for providing the breakfast. Only a suggestion that you need to maintain the room. There are a few mosquitos also need to have pest-contral for insects. Thank you for the Service.

Staff are really friendly... They helped us with early check in without any extra charges and the receptionist helped us with nearby sightseeings.... All in all a very good hotel

Location is good it's calm and walkable distance to Miramar beach, staffs are very much cooperative. Room is okok just because is a old building but they have given some modern touch inside.

The best stay near by Miramar. Owner and all office staff where very cooperative. Best part was good and beautiful rooms. I wish it will be same and awesome when I visit next time!

The staff was responsive and helpful, and answered all my general questions about the stay. The AC in the room could have been serviced and a little more cleanliness was expected with the bedsheets.

Very good location near Miramar beach. Rooms good, spacious. Issue with certain maintenance areas like plumbing, otherwise nice place to stay and enjoy with family. New Sheetal veg restaurant is the only good nearby place to eat. No other nearby restaurants
