HOTEL DADO'S INN

Comfortable Stay and Good Experience I stayed at Hotel Dado's Inn (Dormitory) and had a very good experience. The place was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. Some parts were under maintenance, but it didn’t affect my stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a good and budget-friendly place to stay in Panaji. 👍

Good location, very ugly old building, and very noisy rooms because of poor door isolation, and noisy staff. If you add to this the fact that there is an alarm on the main door activating every time a guest enters or exit, you’re awake many times during the night. Staff keeps talking loudly in the lobby, which you hear as if you were in the same room. The room was more or less clean, big cockroach found in the bathroom and some stains left from last customer on a table, which shows poor cleaning care. The hotel could be much better with better staff attitude and changing the room door for isolating ones, and better cleaning.

Potessi non dare stelle, lo farei. Faccio fatica a ricordare di aver dormito in un posto peggiore di questo. Può funzionare solo come ultima spiaggia per dormire prima di un volo presto al mattino e scappare il prima possibile dimenticandosi di tutto, specialmente di dove hai messo i piedi. Stanza minuscola, pulizia inesistente. Le luci facevano contatto e se spegnevi la principale si accedeva il neon stile cella di isolamento. Poi ha iniziato a sfarfallare e si è spento, grazie al cielo. La chiave non funzionava mai, quindi ogni volta che si tornava dovevamo cercare il tipo che non capiva nessuna lingua per farci aprire. Non è piano strada ma al secondo piano di un palazzo: trovarlo non è stato semplice, proprio come le perle più preziose! Pulizia inesistente l’ho già detto? Un paio di cose positive per non deprimerci: signorina alla hall molto gentile e anche il ragazzo dai, ce la metteva tutta! Aria condizionata funzionava bene e infine buona anche la posizione: praticamente pieno centro. Ripeto: vale solo per una notte e se a fine vacanza avete finito i soldi. Tornerò? Manco morta :)

If I could give no stars, I would. I can't remember sleeping in a worse place than this. It's only a last resort to sleep before an early flight and escape as quickly as possible, forgetting everything, especially where you've put your feet. Tiny room, lack of cleanliness. The lights made contact, and if you turned off the main one, a solitary confinement-style neon light came on. Then it started flickering and went out, thank goodness. The key never worked, so every time we returned we had to look for the guy who didn't understand any language to let us in. It's not at street level, but on the second floor of a building: finding it wasn't easy, just like the most precious pearls! Did I mention lack of cleanliness? A couple of positive things to keep us from getting depressed: the lady in the lobby was very kind, and the guy, too, was trying his hardest! The air conditioning worked well, and finally, the location was good: practically downtown. I repeat: it's only valid for one night, and if you're out of money at the end of your holiday. Will I come back? Like I'm dead :)
