STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. This hotel is a complete disgrace. We wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The moment we entered, we were hit with a sickening stench. The entire building is dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Rooms are disgusting, bedsheets looked unwashed, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Zero Ventilation...like a Jail Cell. We checked multiple rooms hoping for at least one with basic ventilation. None. Not even a window that opens properly. Every room was like a suffocating box. Staff with Zero Professionalism: The room boys looked like they were randomly pulled off the street. No uniforms, no manners, no training. You wouldn’t expect this even at a roadside lodge, let alone a functioning hotel...Pathetic Service After Checkout we requested to keep our luggage for just a short while after checkout. They coldly refused, with no sense of basic hospitality. Only after a kind person from a nearby shop advised us to ask at the hotel lounge again did they grudgingly agree—without the slightest courtesy. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a nightmare. Completely mismanaged, unhygienic, and outright hostile to guests. If you value your money, peace of mind, or even your health, do yourself a favour and NEVER step into this dump. One star only because zero isn't allowed. SHAME on whoever runs this place.

According to the price was This hotel is not good, Small in Size, No Fan, even Ac is installed above the Bed - This is bad Experience, Room Bathroom has Sipage so smell is Bad, you can Get Better room with less Price, Service is Good, Staff was Good.

Non AC rooms are too smelly and even on the second floor with a no lift or parking facility. AC rooms are ok but you won't feel airy

I booked 2 rooms. Rooms are small and probably i would recommend for a day's stay. Rooms are clean. Hotel is situated in a very old building, but rooms are renovated. I booked this hotel as it was budget and floating Casino's are near by. You have small shop were we can have breakfast and tea.

I don't know why but in some of the sites I saw very bad reviews for this hotel. But I had a very good experience here. We went in January. I had booked the hotel looking at the images shown on websites. But after booking I read some reviews and was scared thinking how will the rooms be. But when we went there, we were so happy since we got the rooms that matched with the images which I saw while booking.From outside the building looks very old but if you see the rooms inside you will be glad. The rooms are good and well-furnished. Its also enough spacious atleast for 2 people. For 3-4 people the room might be small. Service is also good. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the guy who provided us the service during our stay. Overall we had a good stay at this place.

Dental kit Not Provided|No Food & Beverages Services|Linen was dirty|Night staff behavior was not good.|On making every requirement regarding linen changement, dental kit. They just say kindly leave if you dont like.|They didn't even gave us payment receipt||We choose this hotel as have cruise booking at night and we would just like to stay near by.

They took 2300 Rs per day for my stay. The rooms are okie. AC is there. Fan is not there. Tv was not working. I called them and they fixed it. Main problem is there is no car parking. We need to park car in the road. And the road there is very thin and one way and crowded. Car parking is difficult. The location is okie but not better.

Only plus point is the location. small room which was not clean and overall experience is very dull. Definitely not recommended for a family stay. Ok for stags or solo male travellers. Single women can skip this place .
