Hotel Vrindavan Classic

The ambience is awesome. The counter staff Pramod, Nikhil & Gawas are very friendly and attend to any small issues very promptly. Rooms are spic and span and cleaned on a daily basis. No mosquitoes and no cockroaches despite so much greenery around. 24 hour water supply both cold and warm water for bathing. Panjim KTC bus stand just 100 metres away and so are Fontainhas and Sao Tome. Plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian hotels in the vicinity. All in all a very memorable stay. Strongly suggest this hotel for those searching for a good ambience and also good connectivity. Dr Keith D'Souza

Hotels staffs are not known what is the customer service. They behave rude manner and they asked more money for checkout time. An then mainly not for womens safety.

We stayed at this hotel twice. First on our honeymoon; and then on a family vacation with parents, brothers etc. Both times the hotel was upto our expectations. It does not serve non veg food, but the same can be ordered from near by joints. The veg restaurant downstairs serves awesome food. The location of the hotel is a great advantage.

Staff is so rude and no manner How to talk with guest. And rooms also so dirty. Cocroges are roming everywhere.

A nice, decent place to live in Goa while the other hotels are really expensive. I had a a room with two beds and joined them making a really big one to have fun. The room was non AC and had a good view from the window. The room had a TV for the entrainment but we just came back in the evening just to sleep and went off wandering in the morning. The staff was good helpful, giving you the suppy of drinking water, you can also ask them for special requests of non-veg food as the restaurant they had is veg only. A good place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Worst hotel with worst staff. They even enter the rooms without knocking. And they have the mentality that the customer will not pay them and leave the hotel. Maybe they were fooled by some other customers. But that doesn't mean that they should doubt on every customer. Worst hotel with worst services ever.

Worst experience of my life as the recipient was so rude and mean while booking he was fluent once payment was done he was arrogent and high attitude and jst asking for payment which we did not even booked for i will not recommend any one of you to book with this specific specks guy at counter⭐
