Vivanta Goa, Panaji

Stayed at Vivanta Goa, Panaji recently. My booking included breakfast and lunch/dinner. Due to a late meeting, I couldn’t make it by the usual dinner time (10:30 PM), but to my surprise, they served me a hot veg dinner at 1 AM, really appreciated that gesture! However, the night reception staff could be more flexible and guest friendly. That’s one area they can improve. Otherwise, it was a good overall experience with quality food and a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Panjim, amazing service and special call out to the front desk team - Shree and Harsh who welcomed us during the check in process and assisted in getting a room tailored to our needs. The room was spacious and kitted with all the amenities you require. This development is very private, but just minutes away and very accessible to a variety of restaurants and shops. For the avid runners, you are about 2.5KM away from Miramar Beach with a nice paved path for your jog. Breakfast was a feast with local and international cuisines available. Would definitely come back again.

1. Let us start at the beginning the making of the reservation. Initially our travel plans were to go in Dec24 but as our Mother had a fall and fractured her ankle we had to halt our travel plans. The Taj Team in the reservations (Mr. Jason, Ms. Sahili and Ms. Pooja) very kindly put forth our case and were able to get us a credit note till Jun25. We were not sure when we would travel but this helped make our present situation less stressful. In Mar/Apr we got back to the very kind reservations team (Mr. Jason, Ms. Sahili and Ms. Pooja). Again they were very kind to us, took our bookings along with our humble request to be booked on a higher floor with a connecting door between the 2 rooms.|2.On Arrival at the MOPA Airport we were pleased to see that a very kind and courteous driver awaited us (Mr. Mayur).It should be noted the drivers who took care of our car hire requirements were all helpful and kind (Drivers Mayur, Derick and Yakub)|3. Check-In On our arrival at the hotel Mr. Ravi was very kind to greet us and make the check-in process quick and comfortable. It was a joy to see that we were allotted rooms with a connecting door between the rooms. During our stay Mr. Ravi was very prompt, professional and kind to make the car bookings or help us with any query (like which beach would be less crowded, recommendation of a local restaurant etc).On our check out & in-between during our stay we also interacted with Ms. Sona who was very professional and kind.|4. The rooms were very comfortable and house keeping ensured that our rooms were kept clean and tidy. On my b'day Sarvesh and Rajaram very kindly decorated the bed with a Birthday Greeting.|5.On days when we required room service Ms. Sabrina (Ms. Anunciacion) was very thoughtful and kind in her advice when taking our orders.|6. At the Restaurant for our breakfast and dinner (Latitude) we would like to mention the professional and kind attitude of the F&B Team (Ms. Ancy, Mr. Shanfam, Mr. Biswajeet, Mr.Dilip, Ms. Suparna, Mr.Ajay, Ms. Anusha, Mr. Nirmit, Mr. Basappa)|Team Taj Vivanta, Panjim (Goa) keep up the good work each of you!! |Your commitment and dedication to duty will surely make our Late Mr. Ratan Tata very proud of his team!!!|God Bless.

We had booked 2 rooms for 1 night to celebrate our friends' 50th Birthday. We had arrived early and Dhanya was very proactive in ensuring the check in formalities were done fast. We were upgraded to 2 executive rooms and our luggage was sent there.||Both Dhanya and Akshit took a lot of effort to arrange to decorate our friends' room and even had arranged a cake for us. A special thanks to both of them.It was all very memorable and a beautiful moment for all of us to celebrate it this way.||The next day morning the breakfast was at the Mynt restaurant and had a lavish spread with a premium range that really salivated your taste buds.From the humble Vada Pav,Idli dosa fare to different pastries with fruits and fresh juices made the spread different from other places.|| Being situated in the heart of the city made our travel very easy and even the security staff too were helpful in guiding us. Overall even the Rain Gods were kind to us and we could fully explore Panaji. ||A Great stay makes the trip more memorable and the hospitality makes one come back for more. Will definitely come back once again.

It was an anticipated experience we had at Vivanta, Panaji. If you wish to stay in Panaji and experience high-class hospitality, then this may be the ideal property. Yes, not a resort, but the best business class family hotel to enjoy your vacation. We booked two rooms through Tata Neu and placed a few requests. After 12 12-hour drive, when we reached the property, the experience was pleasant, and check-in happened in no time. The rooms were, as expected, cozy and comfortable. The served chocolates and fruits to each room were indeed a good gesture. As we took a major meal and complimentary breakfast from the Vivanta, it was indeed superb and offered with a variety of items from pan indian to continental. The service from the reception desk, restaurants, housekeeping, valet parking, and security was always there to serve you to the best. Though all were the best and top notch, I wish to name two young staff members at the restaurant, who were probably new employees, Mr. Shantham and Mr. Nirmit were so nice and pleasant. It was indeed a great gesture from both to offer us some takeaways since we had a long drive after check-out. During our 3-day and 2-night stay at the property, they were always there to assist my father, who is a senior citizen. Simply such a gesture makes you come back to this property in Goa, as it was my second visit in 3 years, a similar exceptional experience. Once again, wishing this service and attitude continues to a higher level, as we will rather motivated to come back again and again.

Our 3-night stay at Taj Vivanta Panaji was a truly rejuvenating escape, made all the more delightful by the lavish breakfast spread—complete with refreshing glasses of fresh coconut water and the mouthwatering Ros Omelette Poie, my absolute favourite—graciously served with warmth by the ever-courteous Chef Biswajeet, Anusha, and the cheerful breakfast team. The view from our room was exactly what I was hoping for—peaceful and familiar, just as wonderful as our previous stays in a similar room. Nitesh (apologies if misspelled) from the housekeeping team ensured our room was always clean, cosy, and impeccably maintained. His helpful nature and the lovely floral arrangement he created with the bed cover truly added a special touch to our stay. A heartfelt thanks to Harsh at the reception for ensuring a seamless and hassle-free early check-in, and timely check-out experience. We eagerly look forward to our next visit to Goa—and, of course, to returning to our favourite retreat, Vivanta Panaji.

The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.

We stayed there for 3 days(7th July to 9th July 2025). The room was clean including the washroom and spacious at the same time. The entire staff were helpful and courteous. Buffet Breakfast had ample options to choose from. Eateries nearby are in abundance. Overall enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended :-)
