The property is located in a nice location not far from miramar beach. I booked a double bed room for single night stay. The room is clean and even at first sight you will never complain. Basics first: 1) Wish there is a security grill put for the big 5 feet windows, in order to ensure security for the guests who stay. 2) You will definitely need a.c even in monsoon if you stay in 1st floor as the room is built on terrace with one side covered by sliding windows. You either have to keep one side of room wall open/ upgrade to a.c for extra 500 to get air circulation in the room. The choice is yours. Again, as in most of budget homestays in goa, don't expect "working" refrigerator, tv "channels"- though all of them will be highlighted in the photos. Ganesh

This is the very worst property . I never see any property like this .they give me the terrace room & that to be without air-conditioning. First we are check in one property & there is not available the room& they shifted to this property & here is the Air-conditioning not working. We were compling 15 times but nobody is responding.we are the repeating customer of oyo but I do not know why it happened to us. After we did complaint but they are respond after 12 am & they shifted to the other property after 12 am. This is the last time & we never booking oyo .next time we don't want to stay in this type of property.

Booked two rooms on 1st floor at a very affordable price. The bigger room is provided with a kitchen also. For two families, and 5 members this is a good pick.

One of the best homestay I've visited in Goa trip! So close from Miramar beach Room was good , clean n pleasant. Overall very good experience!

Stayed there for a day. It was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints at all. Excellent place to stay. Plus our host, Darryl was super helpful and lovely!

Very bad experience in terms of hygeine and staff behaviour. False information on Oyo sites . Never book this pkace if you want to enjoy your stay
