We 3 families stayed 3 days in Kasa de katson hotel, it was a really amazing experience, everyone staff members are so obedient and responsive. Very clean and neat maintenance . Food was also enjoyed. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Kids and a couple's friendly atmosphere. Thanks to all the supporting staff....

A Big Scam Hotel # Casa De Katson : We have enquired for any bike rental stations around the hotel, to the Reception Manager Sailesh, & he given his own white board name plated bikes and charged 3000 for two scooties, to my surprise those bikes are the worst bikes I have ever seen my life. And while Booking, we have asked and confirmed that the booking is for one day i.e. 24 hrs and we picked up the bike around 11 pm in the night & later in the early morning he suddenly said that we have to return bikes immediately as he was saying he didn't confirm the time. And this Reception Manager was rude and impolite & created a nuisance drama. & Much more things which I can't explain here. Very Worst Experience from a reputable hotel & I never recommend this anyone.

“I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at Casa de Katson Hotel, Goa, and it was primarily due to the behavior of the receptionist, Sailesh Bhai. His unprofessional attitude and complete lack of respect for guests made my stay very unpleasant. Firstly, Sailesh Bhai he behaved as though he owned the hotel, showing a high level of arrogance and disregard for basic customer service. His demeanor was far from welcoming, and instead of making guests feel comfortable, he acted as a barrier to a pleasant stay. What’s even more alarming is that he appeared to be running outside businesses, such as bike rentals, from within the hotel premises and bringing in outside people into the hotel. This not only disrupts the experience for paying guests but also creates a security concern. Such actions are highly unprofessional and unacceptable in any hotel setting. Staying at a hotel should be a stress-free and enjoyable experience, but Sailesh Bhai’s behavior and actions were entirely contrary to this expectation. I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate and serious action against such practices and train their staff to prioritize guest satisfaction and professional conduct. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Casa de Katson Hotel to anyone. This was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced, and I hope the management recognizes the urgency of resolving these problems.”

Good hotel to stay. Descent facilities, Good service, Nice food and easily reachable. Only disadvantage is it's bit far from beach.
