La Costa Residency

A Very Pleasant stay.. we were sceptical about the property when we saw the low ratings.. but upon reaching it turned out to be a great and memorable stay. We booked it from Agoda ( arrived at the property and then booked). The rooms are spacious, neat and very properly structured. Although there was no Kitchen but the told us the Kitchen is gonna open soon. We asked the Staff to clean the Pool because there were leaves and few insects and in few times pool was also useable. The staff was very friendly.. 24*7 available! The location is also very good.. any great Cafe/ clubs/ or restaurants are in the radius of 2-5kms.. Easy to reach situated on a lively roadside this property is Budget friendly

If you want a low priced, gorgeous peaceful place to stay but only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Vagator and other beaches then this is the place to stay. Lovely acommodation, very attentive staff and a magnificent pool! The location and the ambience is incredible. The most peaceful resort in Goa. We were 4 people and had a great experience. • Best Location •  We got early checkin and late check-out after talking to the reception. It was great considering some resorts are very strict in this aspect. • Great staff. • Pool area was clean and well managed. All in all it was a great stay and I would surely like to highly recommend it to everyone. Give it a try for once atleast.

Good place with average amenities, budget friendly, Swimming pool access, approx 1km from Vagator Beach, near by shops restaurants available. Didn't see food option in the hotel, but at 500m you will find Udupi Hotel for breakfast,Overall good place

To, La Costa Residency Goa First of all Thank you very much for all the best service provided by all of you with the warm greetings. The staying in the La Costa Residency was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the food very much. Always a pleasure to come to this Residency. Maybe it does not sport cutting-edge design but it is homely in the best sense, and the fittings are all in good condition or have been recently renovated. The rooms are extremely quiet with comfortable bed with open windows.Excellent breakfast in a charming light and Pool side dining room.we have spent our best time in absolutely clean pool. So many clubs,restaurant,provision stores,medical shop you will find near by this Residency. I must say this is the best place to stay with friends and family. Thank you

The rooms were clean and spacious and were extremely cheap depending on the prime location it is in. It is in walking distance from vagator beach and chapora fort. We went there during sunburn 2019 and the prices were so cheap at that time also. Also sunburn location too was at walking distance. The staff was very helpful and although there were hardly any complaints, but when there were complaints also they solved it very fast. Best thing was swimming pool. It was very clean and depth was also good, almost 5ft. I would recommend it to anyone, it was worth the money. The only thing they can do better is provide a better power backup as compared to the one already installed as power shutdowns were quite frequent there.

It was good experience staying there. Initially there was some confusion about the rooms. We didn't actually got the room which we booked and took 3-4 hours to sort out the rooms. Allocation of rooms and booking needs to be improved. Once we checked experience was good and people were very friendly. Call and confirm well in advance if you plan to stay there..

W stayed there for about 3 days and since we were 11 of us so we took 4 rooms The rooms exactly looks like shown in the picture- very clean, spacious area,will give you home feeling, big kitchen, hall, bathroom & rooms, they have their own swimming pool which is small in size. we booked the hotel on the spot & over all experience was great. big thanks to the manager of the hotel he was really courteous & served an awsome hospitaity.

good experience. clean rooms, it's in the style of an apartment. i made booking through agoda, checkin was smooth. Mr Amit Rathi was very helpful. everything is nearby, scooty/taxi rental service, nice places to eat, clubs and vagator beach also. will recommend it to friends.
