hi, i have booked this hotel from 07th to 10th sep, 2019. 15 rooms for my corporate group. it was worst experience. starting from airport. they send very bed condition bus for airport pick up. after that there was no update for check in the guest. no welcome drink. rooms was so bed. door was broken. toilet shower was not working. bed sheet is so dirty. so smelly rooms. food quality was so bed. over all it is not value for money. and their staff does not understand hindi and english. they have south indian staff, who does not understand english and hindi. ||||there is a girl at front office. her name is Tejasvi, her no was given to me for coordination. bus my client did not found her at reception all 03 days. ||||payment they take 100 % advance before check in and service is 0 %.||||never book this hotel. if you really dont want to spoil your holidays.

One of the worst hotels in Goa hands down. I went to this hotel on an office trip and we were around 100 people. The rooms were booked 3-4 weeks before by the company. If I am a hotel owner and I know that to make a good repo I need to be prepared to handle the crowd and at-least room cleaned. but " surprise surprise" there were no proper arrangements from the hotel staff. We waited around 3-4 hours before we finally got our uncleaned room and it took another 2 hours to get it cleaned. Service - 1/5 - You book a room and it will take 2hrs to check-in. The services are poor. Staff - 1/5 - The way there staff talks, it looks more like they are doing "ahsaan" on the tourists by allowing them to live in resort. Food - 2/5 - Few of the sea food dishes were ok. Do not try anything related to butter (paneer/chicken), it tastes more like kheer because the dishes are as sweet as kheer. Room - 2/5 - Nothing great about them, standard rooms.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. I have booked this hotel by looking at the reviews and I am surprised to see people have rated this hotel more than 3 however this hotel deserves ZERO or Negative rating. 1. The hotel pic shows only one side of the building but other side there is a slum where most of the rooms are located. 2. Room size is big however beddings are very bad, in bathroom all taps and shower are broken. 3. Breakfast, they have limited options and all the time containers are empty and you have to ask staff to refill which will take at least 15-20mins. For tea, I have to wait for 30mins and by time they got the tea, cups were not there. 4. There is no one there to hear your complaint and take action to rectify. 5. Food quality is bad. Do not book room with dinner or Luch, you have lot of options nearby. I strongly recommend NOT TO GO to this Hotel.

We had a group trip so we had prior bookings done there. After reaching there we got to know that they can not provide 2 rooms as someone is staying there. They asked us (40 people) to adjust for a night. After reaching in room our room lights were not working and in our 4 days stay it never got fixed. I complained that TV was not woking that too never got fixed. we went to pool for chilling, 2 of our group members got hurt in there as pool tiles were coming out. Room service was not good at all. we literally suffered there and wasted our money. they call themselves 3 star hotel but trust me its not worth even a star.

Worst stay ever in my life. We had a group booking of around 80 people for a company trip. Hotel staff were not at all prepared to start check-in process even though we reached hotel 2 hr late. Existing guests had not checked out yet and it took around 3-4 hrs to complete our check-in process. We had to wait in lobby till then and had to do breakfast even without being freshen up. It ruined our almost whole day. Food were average without fish in fish-curry n without paneer in paneer-masala. Hotel staff were too rude like they are doing 'ahsaan' on us. They don't even serve you mineral water and use used empty water bottle to refill it. I wish i could rate it 0 star. Total waste of money.

It was a recent 2N/3D trip with my family & the experience at this hotel was not quite good. The very first thing to mark is the bad attitude/way of talking of the front office staff members, meanwhile few of them were trainee so can be excluded as they were in learning phase. The so called mgmt. took ample of time to provide a room although I had prebooked which doesn’t mean to them at all. Most of the times staff seem busy in their own gossiping & giggling while guests waiting at desk. TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM EVERY TIME WHICH WAS CLEARLY VISIBLE. No use to call on back office no. mentioned on your voucher as mostly he/she have same answer ‘we don’t have much idea please contact with front office’  Writing about food, not too good except plain khichdi only, worst butter paneer we had. Undoubtedly the property is good, pool also beautiful you can enjoy your morning & evening by sitting over there. I shall not recommend this to anyone as you can explore numerous hotels/guest houses/resorts in North Goa but behavior is something which everyone marks. A simple smile can hide minor gaps & energize after all tourists from various spots came to feel jolly_joyful in GOA & not to see ego in hotel staff. Gud Luck

“La Gulls Court” Stayed in hotel from 7/11/2018 to 10/11/2018 The location of the Hotel is good. The swimming pool is clean but with too much of Chlorine. Break Fast menu is satisfactory but if you are Early or a bit late you will have to be satisfied only with bread and butter. Lift was not working for three days 8/11/2018 to 10/11/2018. Guest has to climb 2nd or third floor with the luggage. Definitely not recommended for differently abled person. Bed bugs were found in the beds which was brought to the notice of staff. Towels provided were very old and torn. Only if you insist they will change it. This hotel is rated as 3 Star hotel which is ridiculous. This hotel needs a lesson in Hospitality.

The pool side view is good but the other 2 sides are as you can see in image. The service provided is very poor we called them about hot water and they come to check in our room after 1.5 hour very poor service. Our package included breakfast + lunch The taste of the food is similar to the food served in hospital without any spices we have to ask for fry chilli which they gave us after our lunch was finished and the only thing you wanna eat in breakfast is toast. The reception guys are not very supportive. The have around 50+ rooms but not enough staff to provide sufficient service. We had a room with extra bed but they don't even have slightest mind that with extra bed you'll have to provide a pillow and blanket also i have to ask them repeatedly before i got one. So dissatisfied with hotel it's service and the food. Would not recommend to any one.
