We returned from a lovely stay over the Christmas and New Year period. We were a little concerned before we went having read a few poor reviews and it looking quite dated online, however they have made loads of improvements and it looks like they continue to do so. The staff are nice and welcoming on reception and always speak to you as you wander by. Check in was easy and they accommodated our rooms choices of being next to one another. The rooms are a little dated, and could be cleaner, but we were comfortable enough. The fans are a little noisy but we got used to that, I think. The outdoor spaces are really taken care of and are very pretty. The pool area is nice but could perhaps do with more seating. They were just completing a pool bar as we left which will be a nice addition, but they will need to ensure they have it stocked up. The restaurant was a little poor at providing drink stock and some menu items weren't available when requested throughout our stay. They have also just completed a games room complete with pool table and air hockey, as well as board games etc. They have completed it to a high-spec but sadly the domestic tourists were not respecting the space, so I only hope the hotel manage to keep it nice. Location is great. Good bars and restaurants in the vicinity and only a 10 mins walk to beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The room was not bad - but at that price range we had too many times we didn't have hot water in the shower. The rooms weren't that clean. Noise from outside is too very strong at night. Service - it's weird you need to pay immediately for each and every drink you order in the pool. You can't add to your room bill. The guy's in front desk we're nice and smile face. The woman acted like she is bothered by you and never was helpful for any Q we had. She should not be working on housepitality. Pool is very nice! Hotel grounds are well taken care of. In total not a great value for money.

I spent a day at this property, and the experience was truly beyond imagination. The property itself surpasses even five-star hotels in terms of quality and ambiance. The garden area is beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm. The food was exceptional, offering top-rated flavors and quality. Additionally, the swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Without a doubt, this is a must-visit property.

Nice location, rooms are decent as well. Really nice swimming pool. Service can definitely be improved, despite telling the room service, our tea/coffee kit wasn't renewed in 4 nights stay with them. They also don't provide much assistance for transportation.

Best resort! Rooms are super clean . Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice big size super clean swimming pool with baby pool. Walkable distance from vagator beach. Surrounded by by nice restaurants. Will visit again.

The staff is incredibly friendly and this is the only place in India where everything was actually clean. Besides, the location is really good as you are walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We tried the food twice and it was not the worst but you can definitely get better options. Now we're in Arambol for more or less the same price we are in a place that is neither as comfortable nor clean. So if I come to Goa again, I won't even consider other options.

Rooms and everything was great but we had a very scary incident happened to us. One of the staff members was caught watching my cousin taking a shower in her bathroom through the window. We caught him red handed checked all the cameras and it was very clear who the person was . at first the management told us they have already called the police but no one came . next morning we had to checkout so we just left from goa. If it happened with us , it can repeat again. all the women please make sure to be careful at this resort because no one really cares for their guests privacy and safety. i highly recommend not to stay there alone . not a safe place for anyone . The management will not take charge for any thing.
