Garden Villa

We had an incredible stay at Garden Villa, Goa, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nelson, the manager. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. His warm hospitality, prompt assistance, and deep knowledge of the area truly made our trip memorable. Nelson was always available to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending the best local spots, or ensuring our stay was comfortable. The location is excellent! Very close to the Vagator beach as well as the better restaurants in the area. The pool is well maintained. Parking is limited. The room we got was very small, but well appointed. The place is pretty clean but most of the staffers suffer from a glum-face syndrome typical of Goan hosts with Indian tourists. And no, tips do not get a smile out of them.

Very nice place with clean rooms. Mr. Nelson provided exceptional service. Other staff also very polite. The cafe served delicious breakfast.

We have just had a lovely stay at Garden Villa in Vagator. Here's our feedback. The good bits * Amazing location, within walking distance from Vagator Beach * Good sized rooms and we had a view from our balcony overlooking the pool * Nice and quiet in the daytime and evenings, no loud music, only music from bars either side. * great little cafe on site serving great coffee and food * lovely pool, clean and never crowded with sun loungers * close to little local shops and places to eat and drink * Princess the very friendly dog 🐶 * Nelson and Rahool helped when ever we needed anything. * off road Scooter parking at hotel, behind gates at night Things that could be improved 1) Booked on booking.com and paid a deposit by bank transfer. On arrival they asked for balance in cash even though they have a sign that says "We accept payment by cash, cards and bank transfer". This meant having to go to the bank several times due to daily limits. No reason why I couldn't do bank transfer or pay by card but Goa is very quiet so maybe cash is better. Not as convenient to the customer though! 2) Rooms were cleaned on demand but cleaning could have been better. Window sills were still dirty and overall would rate cleanliness of room at 3/5* 3) Maybe Nelson and Rahool need some "Front of House" customer service training as they never seemed that happy to be there. Overall would definitely recommend to stay here and would consider staying again if we rewritten to Goa

A great place to stay at vagator in affordable price. we stayed here for two nights. Vagator beach is approx 400m. few good food option available there till late night. Spacious rooms. Swiming pool is here and it is quite clean. A go to option if you are looking for long stay. Points to keep in mind. Minimal service facility it is just link a holiday home. Pool timing is from 9am to 7 pm only.

The rooms are ok. The service is bad. They do not even provide good water to drink. The rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed for 4 nights but they did not come even once to clean the rooms. Do not fall into the swimming pool trap. The swimming pool is only open from morning 9 to evening 7. You cannot have food or drink near the swimming pool.

A great place to stay at Vagator. Rooms are basic but neat and comfortable. Nice greenery around and well maintained pool. Location is at a walkable distance to Jaws restaurant, Vagator beach and flea market. Special mention to the lovely dogs guarding the property.
