The Grand Leoney Resort

We returned from a lovely stay over the Christmas and New Year period. We were a little concerned before we went having read a few poor reviews and it looking quite dated online, however they have made loads of improvements and it looks like they continue to do so. The staff are nice and welcoming on reception and always speak to you as you wander by. Check in was easy and they accommodated our rooms choices of being next to one another. The rooms are a little dated, and could be cleaner, but we were comfortable enough. The fans are a little noisy but we got used to that, I think. The outdoor spaces are really taken care of and are very pretty. The pool area is nice but could perhaps do with more seating. They were just completing a pool bar as we left which will be a nice addition, but they will need to ensure they have it stocked up. The restaurant was a little poor at providing drink stock and some menu items weren't available when requested throughout our stay. They have also just completed a games room complete with pool table and air hockey, as well as board games etc. They have completed it to a high-spec but sadly the domestic tourists were not respecting the space, so I only hope the hotel manage to keep it nice. Location is great. Good bars and restaurants in the vicinity and only a 10 mins walk to beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and this is the only place in India where everything was actually clean. Besides, the location is really good as you are walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We tried the food twice and it was not the worst but you can definitely get better options. Now we're in Arambol for more or less the same price we are in a place that is neither as comfortable nor clean. So if I come to Goa again, I won't even consider other options.

The resort is a really good option when staying in Vagator. There is plenty of parking available, the cottages and swimming pool are excellent, staff is super quick and courteous. The size of the rooms is decent and offers all the amenities which are essential. The resort is also spread out, so plenty of area to just have a stroll. The beach is less than a kilometre away and the resort is surrounded by a host of eateries. The only thing which could be improved would be the restaurant food.

The Grand Leoney Resort! Best in budget. Safe and sound place for all ages. Environment, surroundings and people are up to the mark. Suggestion: 10/10. Service was excellent, rooms have the best ambience, we had an issue with the hot water supply and we informed our bell boy, it was fixed right away. Cleanliness is maintained on timely basis. Customer satisfaction is their first priority and they really worked hard for it. Food and location is always important and this is good with that too. Highly recommend for families and friends. Also for couples !

I recently stayed for one night at this resort, and it was a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The resort amenities were impressive, including a relaxing pool. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend this resort for a short stay or a longer vacation.

Fair deal compared to the price. Good area to keep bags and toileteries. The location is excellent! When you come out of the resort, you are directly on the way towards the Vagator beach. Good hangout places nearby like Vida Bela, Mango tree and fair bakery/eatery Jaws. Didn't try their food but tried their tea and buttermilk. It was good. The staff is courteous and helpful! Suggestion - You could add a white light lamp in the room

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent visits to your establishment. Despite providing feedback multiple times regarding both the customer service and food quality, I have seen no improvement.||The service has consistently been slow and inattentive, with staff appearing disinterested in addressing customer needs. Additionally, the food has been subpar; dishes have arrived cold, undercooked, and lacking in flavor.||I had hoped for a better experience after my previous feedback, but it seems my concerns have gone unheeded. I genuinely want to see your establishment succeed, but significant changes are needed to regain customer trust.

We spent 5 nights at Grand Leony Resort in Goa over the New Year's period, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The resort's location is very near from the stunning Vagator Beach. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were courteous, friendly, and provided quick service, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The resort's swimming pool was well-maintained and a great spot to relax. What we loved most about Grand Leony was its proximity to the main road, food joints, and clubs of Vagator and Anjuna. Everything we needed was just a short walk away!
