Absolutely worst experience!! This was my first time in Goa and the room experience spoilt it. The rooms are dirty and old. The jacuzzi is also dirty and I saw a mouse in the jacuzzi too. They claim to have sea view restaurants from the google photos, but truth is they don’t even have a proper restaurant. You only get breakfast (that too served in your room with same menu options daily). There is no arrangement of lunch/dinner. The area is filled with pubs so there’s loud music nonstop till late night. Half of the rooms in the hotel are still under construction/renovation. Overall experience was not good and I would not recommend it to anybody. Only good part here was the staff behaviour. They are polite and very helpful.

Most pathetic and horrible experience! The hotel is misleading people. There is no restaurant at the hotel now and it is not updated in google or anywhere! The rooms are old, infested with cockroaches, lizards. Furniture is old and dirty, bedding is dirty! There is no buffet, they will give you some limited option and you will have to eat in your room!! The jacuzzi thing is a nonsense! its dirty , no space for water to go, and one should not use it if they wish to avoid skin issues!! Now the location, if you want to party etc then this is a place for you! else this is absolutely horrendous! there are pubs in the surrounding areas and they play loud thumping songs until 4 in the morning DAILY! we could not sleep for 5 days.. They take the payment upfront and so you cant eveb do anything once you reach here!! Very very poorly maintenance and backdated hotel. actually , it cant even be called a proper hotel, it is like a b&b! Worst experience was one of the nights seewage black stuff seeped into the bathroom! horrific stay! but staff boys were helpful, they provided with proper help wherever possible! the owner of the hotel needs to urgently fix this and stop cheating people!!

Casa Comforts promised so much with its swanky tag as a luxury resort near the beautiful Ozoran Beach. Given the steep price, my expectations were sky-high, imagining a stay filled with pampering and pristine rooms. But, you know, sometimes reality just doesn't want to keep up with your dreams. First off, the rooms. They looked great at first glance, but then, the moment you tried to sneak out for a midnight snack or jot something down at the desk, the squeaky doors and tables were like an orchestra of nails on a chalkboard. Not exactly the soundtrack you'd expect for a luxury getaway. The jacuzzi was also not that clean but the staff helped me it get it functional. They have tried to provide a good ambience near the jacuzzi but insects and leafs keep falling into the water if left unattended. And then, the bathroom buddies – cockroaches and spiders. It's like they were part of the package no one told us about. Definitely a big no-no in my book and a clear sign that the cleaning crew might need to step up their game. Now, it wasn't all doom and gloom. The resort doesn't have its own restaurant, but they do serve breakfast, which was a nice little touch to start the day. And I've got to hand it to the staff – they were all kinds of polite and helpful, doing their best within what they've got to work with. So yeah, Casa Comforts has the bones of something great, with its location and friendly faces, but it seriously needs to iron out those pesky details. Here's hoping they can match up their reality with the luxury they promise because that view of Ozoran Beach is too good to pass up.

I would strongly not recommend this place for family or friends. Quality of rooms and the furniture are in pathetic condition. There are cockroaches in room which make room more dirty. I had a stay for couple of days and it was nightmare to complete two days. Room cleaning happens after 2pm which I never experienced till now with any of my stay. Service is good, your request gets attended quickly and hence giving one star to this property. Just don't get sold by looking at the picture as actual property is pathetic and since they have renovation work goin on, all the things are shattered and makes your way out difficult, specially kids may get themselves hurt.

“Hopeless expierence ” Pls don’t book this hotel. They are in verge of closing this. Place is dirty, stinking, lot of, cockroaches, no facility, just don’t go by look pls read review. Bathtub smells and bad water. Total utter waste of time and Money. Rooms are suffocating and bad ambience inside the room. I am humble request to this owner is pls shut down rather spoiling everyone’s vacation !!

Lovely stay at Casa Comfort for 4 days. The managers Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Krishna are courteous and helpful. They accommodated our requests promptly. The hotel delivers what it promises. They also celebrated our anniversary with us. Pros- Great hospitality and service Jacuzzi in every room Beach is right next door Party places and restaurants are nearby Very good and freshly made breakfast Cons Can improve on cleanliness and linens No breakfast Buffet, breakfast is served in the respective rooms They can arrange a facility for drying clothes rack after a beach run

Good stay for 2 days. Luxury rooms with jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You won't feel it as a resort. You will feel like you shifted your home at ocean side. Will be back soon. Thanks everyone casa comfort vagator

It was a horrible experience of lifetime. Pros: - Staff politeness, speed of service and decent baheviour - Jacuzzi which is the only plus Cons: - Worst property with unhygienic conditions interior as well as exterior - Dirty linens, old furniture and bad smell room as well as bathroom - Found cockraoches and lizard in bathroom specially - Needed to change room twice due to non-functioning of AC and water clogging in bathroom. In one instance, we needed to clean gutter water - Area is totally noisy with DJ music playing around in pubs and bars surrounded - For Pure Veg people like us, its way better to avoid this area and stay in Baga/Candolim/Calangute - Very limited breakfast and that too served in room. Restaurant is demolished due to rennovation and outer side is full of wrackage - Not at all worthy against the price you are paying for a room I'd highly recommend to avoid this place and book somewhere else.
