SPOT ON Hotel Royal

Staff behavior was very bad.. I booked the room through oyo but the receptionist told they didn't received any booking although the same receptionist called me an hour ago before my booking and then after reaching they told they don't have any booking then they started Changing prices as I booked 2 rooms for 1155 they asked me to pay more first they told 1500 then they told 1350 and when I again told them to decrease the price they told it will be 1500 and not less than that, they were making us fool by playing around with us. I won't recommend anyone to stay at their hotel as the staff behavior was very rude and also the rooms were dirty

spot on hotel royal, whose rooms are very dirty and not comfortable for family, And by booking online, there is no amenity, like there is bad food, and there is no hotel cleanliness, TV and AC are kept in the room just for the show, none of it works. My suggestion is that do not book spot on hotel royal.

I got it for a cheap price hence given it 3 otherwise it's a very mediocre hotel with no proper ventilation room and below average cleanliness. The hotel staff is very good though.

One of the dirty and ugliest rooms ever booked using Oyo Rooms. Most of the online reviews are paid or fake reviews.

The staff was asking more charges even after i booked already the room. They where manipulative and asking to skip which i booked. Very poor staff.
