Initially I was given a smaller room with no fan and the flush wasn't working. I informed it to the staff and the staff being courteous gave me a much spacious room. The room was neat and clean. The only draw back was that they weren't providing small soaps and shampoo bottles that can be disposed off when leaving rather they had some liquid filled in soap dispenser which isn't hygiene. Even the fragrance of that liquid wasn't pleasent. Luckily I had my washing kit with me. Overall I enjoyed the say and the staff was polite.

Typical budget hotel on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. My experience was not that great as we had to keep changing rooms as basic amenities like toilet flush and tv were not functioning as expected. Pros Polite and Courteous staff Room and Linen provided were clean Quiet neighborhood with fuss free parking Cons Basic amenities not functional. Changed 3 rooms as flush was not operational and the set top box has no channels subscribed No breakfast options available. Complimentary breakfast is basically eat the dish of the day Rooms are small, windowless and claustrophobic Overall a typical budget hotel. Not a nightmare but nothing worth mentioning.

Extremely bad service, staffs are really rude and bad, no water, no breakfast, spiders on ceiling, no proper cleaning, when we checked in the bed was not clean, there body hairs on the couch, pillows covers were dirty, when we asked for towels they gave us used towels. When we complain about the inconvenience we were facing, they rudely told us to check out. Don't waste your hard money here and compromise with your comfort.

I will never visite it again Super bad experience Staff behaviour was very bad They have issues with what we are paying for room 🤐 with oyo offers. If there is an offer then why they are behaving abnormal. Bathroom equipment was broken Led light aren't in working condition Not maintained hotel. I will rate this hotel 1 out of 100

Confirmed booking and on arrivall they said they are already fully booked. No information provided for cancellation of booking. Kept us waiting for one hour. At midnight with family, we had to book another hotel. Irresponsible behavior

The worst. We booked hotel yesterday and paid. When we came to check in they because of the overbooking, all rooms have been given. Inspite of booked yesterday they say room is not available. Plus we also gave our checkout time. We came from so far with family exhausted. And we suffered this. Worst.

Felt like OYO Townhouse are the best places to stay in OYO. But unfortunately, this OYO lagged certain things which an authentic townhouse must have. The staff is cordial, but it's a new townhouse thus the staff work is pretty low. Still changes need to be made. And the location where OYO lies, is quite remote. And thus the problem exists.

I booked the oyo township from oyo and got a good discount also.( * I had already paid the money to oyo * ) When i went to the hotel for check-in, they had my previous entries in their records. On the basis of those records they said that i have to pay extra 400₹ before check-in otherwise i would not be allowed to checkin. And they didnot even give recipt for the payment of 400₹. I asked if i could pay at the time for checkout but they denied that also.and they said you must pay while check in.
