The Grand Eden (Manage By Aura Group of Hotel)

My trip to Ahmedebad was work related. My stay was booked here… the staffs are very polite. It was a great stay! The complimentary breakfast with varieties was good! The staff specially Kishore Singh who is in charge of breakfast was very polite and the service was good! Overall the hotel is very nice and safe for people travelling with family members.

Very Good Hospitality. The reception staff is very friendly & cooperative. I had a Breakfast booking there it was very good & so many options. Location is good on SG Highway Bus & Auto rikshaw connectivity is very good.

Please don't waste your money its very bad experience and very poor service even bath towels are very dirty and they are not provided any kinds of facilities and misbehaving staff and they are changing above MRP for water bottles 500ml water bottle takes charge of 30 Rs and which is local bottle

ThWe stayed at The Grand Eden for two nights, and it was a pretty good experience. The rooms were comfortable, the AC worked great, and they had nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast was included with our booking, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s located on SG Highway, making it a perfect spot for anyone coming from out of town for work in Ahmedabad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The staff at the reception was rude. The guest requested for 4 -5 extra chairs in room for the visitors. They said "We do not allow more then 3 visitors to meet in a room" .. and forced to book another room for 3 hours, charged for full day. And arranged 5 chairs in another room of same size. They were not ready to accept that this is not a corporate meeting. Though I am a regular customer of the hotel. None of the staff has smiling welcome anytime. I have never experienced such begaviour and rule in my 60 yrs life... WORST EXPERIENCE ...

Nice family hotel ,good ambience ,friendly staff, had come for wedding. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfotable. Excellent service, impeccable service, or responsive room secvice.

Located on the SG highway, Ahmedabad. The tariff I got did not justify the quality of the room. This is an average hotel to be chosen in the case of any urgency or non availability of rooms at some other good hotels.
