The location of the hotel is in a very prime are of Ahmedabad, still it feels peaceful. The room was quiet clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful throughout the check in and check out process. Overall it was a good stay and highly recommended.

I had 3 Night stay in Premium Category room. When you enter the room you get the feeling of very nice, comfortable big room. But problem start when you start living in. Issues like non-availability of hot water, issue in TV, Smart TV is full out dated. I have to connect my mobile hotspot and then the TV applications started upgrading, After fixing hot water issue still during shower in morning no hot water, water logging bathroom, Broken Coffee Mug, AC sometimes working sometimes not, low quality toiletries , jet spray not working Hell lot of issues in the premium category room. And after highlighting these issues to hotel staff, they have mentioned that this is one of the very recent renovated room. Staff showed me other rooms but some of them were have bad smell, other was a downgrade category. I was surprised they hat this hotel is very high ratings on google and makemytrip but my experience is nowhere near to these reviews. Food prices are rocket high but food quality is 2* out of 5(including breakfast) Hotel location is 5*. Its live happening location. I am not coming in this hotel anytime in future. Not at All.

I recently stayed at the Pride Plaza Hotel for two days with my son, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a King Room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a clean and modern washroom. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, which was a great value. The breakfast buffet featured live counters and a variety of delicious options, while dinner was equally impressive with a range of well-prepared dishes. The restaurant staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, and the service at the front desk was equally commendable. The hotel’s pool is not specifically designed for children, but with the use of a float, my little one was able to enjoy it comfortably. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, contributing to our overall positive experience. Considering the price, Pride Plaza offers amenities and services comparable to those of larger, more well-known hotel brands. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would certainly return in the future.

Amazing Amazing Amazing experience always, stayed for the second time but it's only them always for Me now... Superb staff,very well maintained rooms,bathrooms and lobbies too. Food slightly expensive but services awesome. If they work on food rates they r the best ... U get more value on monies that U pay

This is no more a 4-star hotel. Its 3-star max. This hotel is surviving through its old reputation but currently its in a bad shape. The rooms are not very clean and all linens have stains. Also they mainly have tie-ups with corporates so its very noisy as they all come in big groups. We were hearing noises till night 3am and it was highly disturbing! When we complained they changed our room to the corner most one , which is right on the main road. So then next night we had to sleep with loud traffic noise the whole night. The bathrooms had pigeon feathers and we could also hear the pigeons not sure from where! Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone.
