I really enjoyed.|Lovely hotel and staff Sepciall 😊Tripti sahoo☺️ she was working with smily face and prompt service other F&B staff was also working well. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean. 2 days was wonderful stay Thanks for Front Office Staff who understood my requirements.

Rooms - Quite big enough. 16 * 22 feet. Cleanliness is tried to achieve however lacks precision. Old furniture. Watch out on doors handles and washroom fittings. The washroom has no toiletries available except one hand soap and bathing soap & shampoo in the shower area. Shower is too slow. The fan in the room was horrible, I felt it might fall. Daikin AC was quite good with respect to chilling however it cried a lot 🔊 throughout the night. The TV was made working after some cable changes on request by gate security personal rather than some electrician 🤣. Check in was quite good. Worst Ginger across India I believe. Reception lobby & dining area at ground floor. 5 storey building with 11 rooms per floor. Breakfast was served post 7.30 am in bits & pieces upon request, as staff arrives post 7.30 Am. Located in a quiet lane. 800 meters away from multiple restaurant joint area. Please go there for food.

Good food and service. Miss Tipti Sahu and Kaushik Biswas were very polite and courteous in their service. The stay also is comfortable however the food and service at the restaurant want me to come back to this place often. The cleanliness and hygiene are something that is maintained everytime I come here

The property is located right beside SG and SB roads and easily accessible to all areas. Rooms are spacious for a budget hotel. Some bit of maintenance is required but otherwise it’s a good property for the price that we get. Will consider staying here next time too

Had a really comfortable stay at Ginger Vastrapur Ahmedabad. ||The lady at the reception Swati Suman was especially patient and helpful throughout the stay - right from the time we spoke over phone before arriving. The Housekeeping person on the 4th floor Ranjit was very helpful too. ||Would really like to come again

A mid range to budget property which needs an overhaul to it's interiors, restaurant menu, room conditions, bathrooms, common areas, basically everything. If you're planning to only sleep and leave with minimal time at the property then this is the perfect place for it's location and relatively low rack rates. If otherwise, there are far better properties nearby.

The room cleaning was not done and after informing the staff came to apologise at 12.30 am. They offer wifi which does not work and inspite of informing, no action is taken. They don’t offer any food whatsoever after 10.30 pm so if you are late and expecting to eat something at a “hotel” be prepared to order swiggy / zomato. Bisleri water bottles are kept in the room but it’s tap water as the same is not seal packed. They only provide a towel and not a single hand towel. If you need anything basic in the room including the door sign of do not disturb you need to place a special request by calling them. At the time of check in you will not be told what the reception extension is which is 9 in most cases. In their case it’s 601 and that’s very hard to guess for anyone so when I needed some help I had to go all the way down back to the reception to speak and understand what the extension is. The breakfast is very sad with stale fruits and a bread toast machine which will either burn the bread black or leave it too soft. Overall, it’s very poorly run and absolutely uncomfortable for it to be called a “hotel”.

Quick and smooth early checking given. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Reception staff is very helpful and welcoming specially Parween and Behera and Tripti are very welcoming. Location is perfect, very near to metro station and a good mall .
