HOTEL SURYA INN BY SRURBAN HOTELS PVT LTD

The rooms are very small. The bathroom is fine. The bed is too soft so you can't rest. They don't have their own restaurant so they order breakfast from outside and serve it in the room. So you have no choice. You have to accept whatever comes. The breakfast had no taste at all. Total waste of money. Hey, morning tea and breakfast are also available to you after 8 am. So if you want to leave early in the morning, you have to leave without drinking tea. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the smell of the bathroom spreads in the room. In short, you will not feel comfortable in the room and you will not sleep well at night. Parking is enough. The location is in TRP Mall so you can shop from branded showrooms. Overall I will not stay at this hotel again and will never recommend this property to anyone.

I booked with official website at lowest price and during check-in time manager ask to pay more money then booking amount! they making customer fool act like they just don’t know just because they wan more money then the booking amount! I requested to ower that please take action and stop making scam to customers!

I had a wonderful experience, staff specially Mr. Mayur Raj Singh he is a gem of a person. It was not a direct experience but different. My sis in law booked room there, and it was her first marriage anniversary i was desperate to give her surprise. And I tried my luck calling hotel, and my luck was so good that Mr. Mayur was there. He did, prepared exactly on his personal level as I planned. Getting and finding such staff is difficult. For sure whenever me my husband and kids are travelling we are staying there.

It the first was a good place when i stayed for the first time thy charge differently but next time thy treated vry bad plus charges extra n chk out time pe bill vi nahi diya thy write it in a small paper n give it to us owner of the place is vry rude n violent person don’t know how to treat to customers

I have never seen such a polite and all time available staff in any property. They treat you very gently and gives you the best service in affordable price. Best place to stay.
