“Not worth for money and disappointing” Since this hotel charges RM 285 per night but does not offer toiletries such as a brush and toothpaste, they charge an additional RM 16 to buy them at the reception. The rooms don't have a cupboard, tissues, or hand towels, which are basic things. If we stay in KL for RM 150, they give good amenities in good locations. This hotel is suitable only for who transits in short time. Not good for night stays as always car parking sounds, the door not closed well as it doesnt had latches properly. Small rooms for this cost. Totally it is just near by airport, the transit passenger can take this only. Bit too expensive.

A nice budget hotel ideal for business trips. There are about 100 rooms. Small rooms, but well equipped. Check in process was smooth. Complimentary breakfast had limited options. Open complimentary wifi is available. Found a big cockroach in the washroom, which automatically brings down a couple of starts in the rating. Its location is great. Plenty of eating options nearby. Overall, an average stay experience.

The rooms were quite spacious in a red blood tone which was quite pleasing to the eyes. The hotel rates are affordable which also includes hair dryer, toiletries and good range of varieties in breakfast. The jet spray, showers and Basins was not having the option of cold water. The water was very hot 🥵 as I visited during the peak summer time. Requesting the hotel authorities to take care of this.

Title: Disappointing Experience Rating: ⭐️ I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior was quite rude, seeming disinterested and unhelpful. Moreover, it was evident that customer perspectives were not being considered. The staff seemed reluctant to listen, which created a frustrating atmosphere. The room itself was small, and the low floor height was uncomfortable. Overall, the combination of these factors made my stay less than enjoyable. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the management and potential guests. Improvements in staff training and customer service could significantly enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Extremely poor , pathetic , I and my family stayed there last week .the rooms were poor with unwashed bed sheets and torned out paint of walls . No soap available in washroom , mosques all around. The Worst part was we had our fight at 9 and reached for breakfast at 7 30 am as per their mentioned timeings but the breakfast not ready and we were told it will still take 1 hr. I requested in case raw fruit can be provided which was denied . Our money was a biggggg waste. Never visit pls ..

I had booked rooms here for an event because of the location but it was an absolute nightmare. Half the rooms did not have a working air conditioner, most of the guests found dead cockroaches in the rooms, the TV set-top boxes aren't recharged, and the staff is absolutely clueless about everything. The manager is rude, does not understand instructions and lies about most things. One of the worst maintained hotels I've ever been to. There is an accurate shortage of staff, which is why you gotta wait for 30 minutes for a bottle of water. In case you order from the hotel's restaurant through the intercom, you'd also need to physically check with the reception because they don't seem to understand Hindi or English and the service is painfully slow. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and proximity to both the airport and the Sabarmati railway station.

World's worst hotel i have ever seen in my life....A C control not working. The room is like hospital room|Phone not working, a technician came and checked the phone just to say it does not work.|TV not working.... asked for TV remote...even after visit 10 times at reception they didn't gave the remote....most pathetic part is that they don't have Even cold water and pressure in bathing taps are extremely low...||Not even worth free. The lobby are dusty. Zero house keeping. Even the reception sofa is dusty. Extremely horrible experience....
