Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I had a very bad experience during my one-day stay at this hotel. Basic amenities like water for shower and bath were not available, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we raised the issue. It felt like they had no concern for guest comfort at all. Waste of money. I strongly recommend checking everything thoroughly before deciding to stay here. This hotel does not provide even the minimum facilities expected

Our experience during our stay was disappointing. Our check-in time was scheduled for 11 AM, but we arrived at 3 PM—well past the scheduled time—only to find that our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait for another 30 minutes, and even after that, the room was still not prepared, requiring us to wait even longer. This made us feel that the hotel did not value its customers. When we finally got our room, it was poorly maintained. The towels had an unpleasant smell and were of poor quality. Additionally, basic amenities were not provided upfront—we had to request everything, which should not have been necessary. Overall, our stay was frustrating, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Guys don’t trust these 5 star reviews. They might be fake. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rooms were never clean. Hygiene is zero. Lifts don’t work. TV doesn’t work. Total waste of money. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Pathetic. Very unprofessional. We have check-in @11:00 AM but we were going to check-in @3:00PM. That we already had informed them though our room was not ready. Basically they have alloted to someone else. By asking the reason they said guests are living since a week so they wanted to stay more. What a bullshit reason it was! They dont know how to run hotel business. Towels, soaps, water bottles were only provided when we asked. Dont go with photoes. Think before visit.

We had a very disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. Our check-in time was 11 AM, and we even updated the hotel in the morning about our arrival. However, when we reached at 4 PM, our room was still not ready. The staff was not responsive and did not provide clear answers. Even after waiting for an hour and reminding them, the room was still not prepared, and they asked us to wait even longer. This level of service is unacceptable, and we expected better management and hospitality.

The room amenities were nicely done and rooms were spacious with a great view and the bathroom had a walk in shower, the beds were comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping at home plus the hotel staff they made each and every room service on time and made our stay more comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming they even helped us for early check in and easy check out
