The room, which was supposed to be an executive luxury room for ₹8,000, was extremely filthy and unclean. The bedsheet had visible stains, and the bathroom smelled like a public restroom. There were no basic amenities in the room—not even soap, towels, or drinking water. When we requested these essentials, the staff was rude and demanded an additional service charge just to change the bedsheet and provide soap! It’s shocking to pay ₹8,000 for a room that, on any other day, wouldn’t be worth more than ₹800-₹1,000. The images shown are extremely misleading!

The room amenities were nicely done and rooms were spacious with a great view and the bathroom had a walk in shower, the beds were comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping at home plus the hotel staff they made each and every room service on time and made our stay more comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming they even helped us for early check in and easy check out

The hotel is quite nice, rooms are clean, prices are good. Hotel Manager helped us multiple times, cleared our doubts. Allows outside food. Overall a nice experience. Only thing I found odd is that one of staff demanded tip for ligit just putting towels in the room, found that odd.

Not a 3 star hotel, rooms are in poor condition, bathrooms were also filthy .cleanliness was not there, bedsheets and linen were also unpleasant. U will not feel like sleeping on them.Staff behavior was ok. Location is far away from the main city attractions. Paid rs 1500 for a night, and had to stay for 2 nights, felt like rooms are not worth more than 1000 rupees. Also hotel is on second floor with no lifts working. Not recommended when with family

Scammers. Accepted room booking via Hotels.com, asked for advance and then cancelled my booking because another customer was paying them more per night. And they didn’t even refund my advance. This is scamming of the highest level

Great amenities and polite staff. Nice food and hotel located at strategic location. The hotel is located very near to ONGC Avani bhawan. Laundry facilities available at nominal charges. Great place to stay if you are a tourist as hotel located at the centre of all the tourist places.
