Hotel Hillpark Inn

This is a budget hotel located on 4th Floor of Vitthal Mall in Motera. It is within a 2-min walking distance from Vishwakarma Govt Engg College/IIT Gandhinagar/GTU.||||Being a budget hotel, you tailor your expectations accordingly, but still this hotel disappointed me.||The rooms are small, fairly dark. Not all lighting fixtures worked. The room feels stuffed due to the fact that the windows cannot be opened so there is never any fresh air.||||The bathroom always has cold water. For my 2 night/3 day stay, I didn't get hot water for 2 mornings and when I complained on the 3rd morning, a bucket with hot water was provided to me. Very unprofessional.||Toiletries are not provided proactively. Even worse is the fact that, they take away the toiletries while cleaning the room and you have to ask for them again!||The room had a water thermos and glasses but they were empty. No potable water was provided.||||The staff at reception is always changing and the service is pretty mediocre. Staff seems uninterested in doing their jobs and being nice. ||I witnessed an incident where some people left the hotel prematurely because of the lack of any service.||||The only saving grace for this hotel is the proximity to above mentioned institutes. However, there are alternative hotels coming up in the neighbourhood.||||I would not return to this hotel.

Actually its Shrimad Hotel. There is no option for 0 ratings otherwise they are even not entitled for any ratings. Extremely dirty, Giving stinky smell all over the room, no bedsheets, spider nets all over the place, towels provided were dirty, water supply went down in middle of night. Please do not visit this hotel even if it's too urgent. Sepage all over rooms. They eventually are charging 1600 for such dirty rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had stayed here during Jan 2013. Rooms are just okay for a overnight stay. Don't expect much for the price. Not suited for business travelers looking to stay for many days. Service is really bad with no restaurant service. Might be suitable only for marriage parties etc... Even I faced issues in getting the bill as mentioned in the above review.

The rooms are average and the managers at the hotel works half heatedly. I stayed in this hotel till 1st Feb 2013 and the bill was provided saying the printer was not working. They promised to send by post. Even after 15 days they never sent this.

This is the worst hotel..Please don't go by images or pictures. I have been there and my experience was terrible. Hotel is dirty ..very unclean and don't expect any service. I have booked this hotel based on the images upload and reviews over there and it was a terrible experience.

Pathetic hotel If you r seeking for a clean place to stay than this place is absolutely not for u extremely dirty N smelly Plus it's full of cheaters they will quote u some price N will charge something els which will not even b close to which was given Only good thing is the staff they are a bit nice So before going think like 1000 times choose wisely
